Well for Mickie''s sake, I hope when Barack comes home from the office, that his mother runs out from under the verandah, and bites him on the leg.

Ok, the statement itself is a hypocrite. While every polls state the otherwise, she still insisted "the underdog" image. One must wonder if she is being humble or hypocrite.

To all who would condemn socialism as evil or bad:

NO FREE country in the world has ever existed without some socialism.

The United States was founded on socialistic values and cannot survive any other way.

Socialistic values do indeed protect the freedom and rights of the individual.

We, together as a country, finance and serve in a military force that is designed for the protection of the whole.

We established laws designed for the protection of the few from the abuse/tyranny of the many (amendments to the constitution).

Every social service we share, police, fire departments, mail service, et al, are/were designed for the benefit of everyone.

SOCIALISM AND MONARCHISM ARE OPPOSING ENDS OF THE SAME ROAD.

One extreme is just as destructive to equality and human rights as the other.

I believe the founders of the constitution had this in mind when they wrote it the way they did, including all of the amendments.

Our two-party system is the perfect tool to maintain the correct balance between total monarchism and total socialism.

However, as the founders also knew, the only way our system of government can survive is if it is protected by ALL of its citizens, through active participation.

The Democrats tend to go too far one way while the republicans tend to go too far the other way.

By voting each of them in or out when they go too far, we have, so far, been successful.

First of all there has never been a president that was capable of tearing down the United States. That is why we have checks and balances. Which is why our govt, is usually stagnant. We vote a republican as president, then vote a democratic congress. NOTHING that would harm our country would ever get by the people, hence the congress. Now I know everyone is thinking "what about the war?" well you have to remember we we all caught up in 9/11 and Congress was pushed into voting with the President. Now think logically...what congress of the people would ever let Michelle Obama and he racist allies ever do any permanent harm to our country. MY THING IS WHY EVEN GIVE HER THE CHANCE?!!!!!

I Am DJ: How do you know for a fact? We know very little about the man other than he''s lied over and over again about his relationship with Willam Ayers, he wrote the forward in Ayers book and Michelle worked with his wife at a law firm. Ayers wife couldn''t take the state bar examine because she was a convicted felon - she served federal prison time.. William Ayers got off scott free b/c of a techicality. Slum Lord Tony Resko is now a convicted felon awaiting sentencing - the guy Obama and Michelle bought their house from at below market value. Too many accociates with bad baggage for me.

"Joe the Plumber" did NOT go to Harvard.
What planet is she from?
Why is she not called Mrs. Obama?

Anyone...how did Barack pay for tuition to go to Columbia and Harvard? Didn''t he go to Occidental College for 2 years, where he did cocaine and not much else? I read somewhere that he had 2 roomates, Muhammad Hasan Chandoo and Wahid Hamid, both from Pakistan. Maybe they paid for Barry to travel through the middle east, spending 3 weeks in Karachi Pakistan (his roomate''s home), then Indonesia and AFrica to visit his father. When he returned to the US he wanted everyone to call him Barack Hussein instead of Barry. Interesting. Again, I ask how he paid for a trip to the middle east for over a month and Columbia and Harvard?

matahari7: It''s only been a couple of weeks - weren''t you watching the bailout unfold? It was your Democrats that said the sky is falling and something has to be done NOW!!! Remember McCain going to Washington to see WHAT was in the bailout bill while your guy stayed put to practice his debate talking points. Obama only came to Washington after being called by the president. YOUR democratic controlled Senate and Congress passed the bailout bill (the second one), McCain was accused of going to Washington to upset the apple cart and democrats were sreaming on MSM - it will be all McCain''s fault if it fails - thank God the first bail out bill did b/c it had $20 Billion in it for Acorn. The second bailout bill did not. Thank McCain and taxpayers for that..Lets put fault where it''s due and credit where it''s due..Bush is the head of the class - he only signs the bills..

ToldYou So 74: (2) years ago when Miss Nanacy P and the Democrats were campaigning she said IF reelected and taking control of Congress and the Senate they would turn around every bad Bush policy in 100 Days - that was a Promise - they gave themselves more vacation time and did not undo one bad Bush policy. I had been a Democrat all my adult life, after that promise wasn''t fullfilled and Hillary was treated like dirt during Obama''s campaign and calling Bill Clinton a racist along with every typical white person like his grandmother I chose to go Republican . I want someone in the White House that has a proven record and that I know something about - not a unknown with no executive experience and voting present 130 times, questionable associates and a raving minister he called his mentor for 20 plus years, his "Uncle" until it affected his campaign and planning his presidental run as he was taking office as a US Senator. This is about Obama wanting to make history and nothing more.
I voted weeks ago for McCain and Palin. I feel the both of them will clean up Washington and with a Democratic controlled Congress and Senate we need someone to challenge the Washington Good Old Boys for the betterment of the people of this wonderful country,
with a democratic president we will have no say so because they will have (2) years without any oversight till their terms are up. I''m not willing to take that chance.

What a bunch of whiny, phony, arrogant,STUPID,snide,BITTER,and yes RACIST a-holes!! And if his race or faith ''has nothing to do with this'' then why do you pinheads keep bringing it up?!! Knowledge, character, and experience as opposed to who the fool in there now?!! Maybe we can talk to the guy who daddy called to get his dumb as rocks C student son into Yale who needs grants when daddy can make phone calls or the guy daddy called to get him out of Vietnam after all can have ''Georgie'' actually putting his life on the line to PROVE how much he loves his country. Or the cop who let him walk after his MANY cocaine arrests and DUIs lest see a phone call get Obama out of a DUI or the drug dealer he bought them from or the other people he paid to do his midterms and exams. Or the Congress that said yes when there were NO WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION unless you count Bush as one himself and continually funded his b.s. ''war'' while young men and women fight and die for a cause when HE himself wouldn''t. Or the CEOS of Enron and Halliburton and golfing buddies who spend like there''s NO TOMORROW and deplete the taxpayers resources while living in 30 million dollar mansions any of YOU have that?!! Let''s talk about THOSE associations for a change!

greeneyes - hmmmm....you sound a bit envious to me - don''t hate sweetie!

You all just may as well get used to saying President Obama because it''s going to happen. That old, angry little pissant McCain couldn''t hide his contempt for Obama, who is obviously more intelligent than McCain is, and knows how to talk to a person without arguing with them - unlike McCain.

I thought it was so funny last night, watching McCain try his darndest to keep that fake smile on his face. I was LMAO! And the way he kept darting his lying little eyes -- too funny!

Talk about the Obamas all you want - they''re going to be the First Family!

Ha! Ha!

To all of the Obama supporters.Better think real hard about what you are wishing for. It just might come true.THINK ABOUT THAT WHILE YOU ARE EATING SUPPER TONIGHT FROM A HARD WORKING FARMER,OR YOU TYPE ON YOUR KEYBOARD OR WATCH TV,OR PLAY YOUR RADIO ETC. All were made by hard working Americans, not taxtakers.

If Obama is elected and looks like he will be if you beleive the polls,I for one cannot wait and see how he is going to keep all of the promises he has made to every group he speaks with.Somebody is going to be crying, but the sad part it will probley be the tax payer to fund all these handouts.

We as americans have the RIGHT to question a man we know very little about and his associations and no experience except for Community Organizer - when they are addressed the MSM and Obama supporters calls us racist and bigots.
Whom ever wins wins but don''t try to put down the very essence of our freedom and that is freedom of speech and as a taxpayer I have rights or at least I did - that may change with Obama in office.
