I read somewhere that he had 2 roomates, Muhammad Hasan Chandoo and Wahid Hamid, both from Pakistan. Maybe they paid for Barry to travel through the middle east, spending 3 weeks in Karachi Pakistan (his roomate''''s home), then Indonesia and AFrica to visit his father. When he returned to the US he wanted everyone to call him Barack Hussein instead of Barry. Interesting. WASHINGTON (CNN) - Republicans launched an enormous wave of phone calls Thursday blasting Barack Obama for "having worked closely with domestic terrorist Bill Ayers," party sources said.

The calls are part of a $70 million last Republican push to get out the vote for John McCain on November 4, using calls, mailings and door-knocking in battleground states.

"Hundreds of thousands" of calls are being made in at least half a dozen hard-fought states including Virginia, North Carolina and Ohio, the sources said.

And yet Obama has the AUDACITY to try to make the American people believe that he''s NOT really connected to community organizers like the folks at ACORN! (Maybe that''s what he means by "The Audacity of Hope")

B. Hussein Obama''s presidential campaign paid an ACORN affiliate organization more than $800,000 dollars to mount a get out the vote effort!

Obama DID, IN FACT, represent ACORN in a legal action regarding an Illinois law addressing what has come to be known as motor-voter registration.

Madeleine Talbot, the Chicago head of ACORN, invited Obama to help train her staff!
