That''s true. He ditched her after she got into a terrible car crash. How about the press dig into McCain''s past a bit ... there are a lot of rumors about him playing around when his wife was trying to recover from her injuries. Any truth there?

Better question: why the almost simultaneous stoppage of his "College for Everyone" program and the foundation related to it? Some reporter needs to see where the money was going from that entity.....I''ll bet the IRS needs to look into it too.....(i.e., directors and officers must administer a foundation in keeping with its stated public purpose, for which it is entitled to a tax exemption.)

Republican judge Mark Pazuhanich of Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania pled no contest to fondling a 10-year old girl and was sentenced to 10 years probation.
Republican Party leader Bobby Stumbo of Floyd County, Kentucky was arrested for having *** with a 5-year old boy.
Republican Mayor Philip Giordano of Waterbury, Connecticut is serving a 37-year sentence in federal prison for sexually abusing 8 and 10-year old girls.
Republican Mayor John Gosek of Oswego, New York was arrested on charges of soliciting *** from two 15-year old girls.

Well, you don''t usually see connservatives involved in things like this, because the don''t like ***. In my opinion, Edwards is a little old for this stuff, but men have always been an easy mark for women on the prowl. It''s because these type of women reverse the roles. Normally, the men chase the women, but in cases like this, the women chase the men and usually "catch" them!!

The part of the affair is really none of our business. That is a moral issue between Edwards and his God, a fidelity and trust issue between Edwards and his wife, and (if the child is his) a responsibility issue between Edwards and Hunter''s child. What is of public concern is his integrity in that he campaigned on a family values platform and if he illegally diverted campaign funds to his mistress above and beyond reasonable compensation for the videographer work that she done; he hits the trifecta ... a liar, adulterer and a thief. Unfortunately for the American public, we''ve actually not only expect our elected officials to act in these manners, we accept it as "normal" behavior from our politicians.
