If Clinton ever takes the high road (right now, that would be to concede completely), she will then regain some of great deal of respect she has lost due to her poorly run campaign and her poor comments during the campaign.

She was given a role by her dad to "succeed." So to Hillary, the process of trying to win something is "the role" she was given. She can''t make good decisions outside of this role. She can''t decide that "OK, I''ve lost, now I must concede for the good of my party, for the policies I believe in, for country, for the world." Because that isn''t part of her "always succeed" role. She must "succeed as Bill Clinton''s wife, succeed in her plan to be president, succeed at getting whatever she thinks she MUST HAVE at this moment (VP maybe, but she''s tried to position herself by using prima dona, demanding tactics which is 100% the wrong way to do it.) Thank God she won''t be president, because she is handicapped by personality as much as George Bush is.

As an addendum, right after the Hillary hits, CBS showcases it''s new summer lineup - a show called "Swingtown" about sexual swinging and positions it as a comedy!!!! CBS, again the arbiter of good taste, is there letting us know how to think and what to watch. I hope this Early Show gets some tasteful substance soon, or I''ll be reading a book with my breakfast. Oh, let''s not forget the nude underage teen photo story too! The National Enquirer on TV! A great way to start the day.

Sally Quinn, rather old hat New York magazine writer who was once more like Hillary than she wants to admit, has put her finger on one part of Hillary: Who Am I? The insecurity of the woman is palpable. Obama''s "You''re likable enough, Hillary," must have taken the wind out of her.
Then there is the hubris. How to gigure??

This is total trash reporting! A bunch of B.S. This Sally Quinn sounds like a real frustrated woman who needs to get to the spa herself. Take your own advice Quinn and while you are meditating please do not talk. You''ve already said enough for a lifetime. This is the most disrespectful news being reported and CBS should have put a sock in this woman''s mouth. Unbelievable!!!

Why would you take up any broadcast time with Ms. Quinn''s opinion - especially after the recent turn of events in the election process? Isn''t her claim to fame being married to Ben Bradlee? Any of her comments would never be made if the subject was a man! Power hungry! Isnt every politician. Shame on Ms. Quinn and shame on you for airing this trash! Stop personal critiques and stick to the isses. Hillary''s legacy is that she tried harder than anyone else I can recall to make things better for everyone. This spot was just editorializing junk!

What sort of reporting is this? Who cares what Sally thinks! They must have nothing else to report about if this is what they are talking about today. Good Lord, leave Hillary alone. She has been a public servant all of her life, she has changed with the times, with the events, and she still is working for the public. What about you Sally? Who are you, really, and do you really know who you are? Not only are you not in a position to make these judgements but WHO ASKED YOU? Get a life!

I and my husband listened to Ms. Quinn''s comments with growing disbelief. We were both deeply saddened by Sally Quinn''s condescending comments about Hilary Clinton. For Ms. Quinn, an obviously successful woman in her own right, to state that Hilary does not know who she is; that she should go to a spa to figure out what she wants - maybe a loving relationship - is not only disrepectful, but contains the shadows of the old archaic refrain that "women should be barefoot, pregnant and stay in the kitchen." Perhaps Ms. Quinn needs to go to a spa and do some reflection of her own as to why she felt the need to make such comments regarding a woman who is not only her peer but is a pioneer who is unmatched, in recent times, to contributing to opening opportunities and hope for women everywhere.

Who does this Sally Quinn think she is? Hillary Clinton? How dare she presume to know what someone thinks, wants or should do with their life. She reminds me of the St.Petersburg Times. They went after Hillary with every hateful column, cartoon and editorial they had. They both make me sick. Harry disappointed me with his smerk.
