J, I am pretty sure we have invested more in development in Iraq than we have ever invested in Israel.

As of 1997, it was cumulative $84B and we have been giving about $3B/year since then.

We are beyond that number now in Iraq.

.........

Absolutely!

AIPAC... AEI... it''s quite obvious.

I know I''m gonna look like Lars by doing this but this quote can''t be ignored...

"I''ve never seen a President -- I don''t care who he is -- stand up to them [the Israelis]. It just boggles the mind. They always get what they want. The Israelis know what is going on all the time. If the American people understood what a grip those people have got on our government, they would rise up in arms. Our citizens certainly don''t have any idea what goes on. "

- Admiral Thomas Moorer, (Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff under Ronald Reagan)

J, I vividly remember the dancing in the streets in Tehran and other Middle East countries.

Actually, had a small problem at the company with the Muslims being excited by 9/11. Happened in the bathrooms as they were washing their feet in the toilets..... go figure.

Actually j-, I recall a blip on the news about Saddam applauding the terrorists and calling they "martyrs".

But Yasser Arafat expressed condolences to the U.S. however.

America''''s blind support, both monitarily and at the UN, preceeds Clinton. It''''s been going on for decades.

Formr, OBL is pretty much a product of the 90''''s although he was around in a terrorist mode ostensibly helping the US in the 80''''s.

Posted by donbl1 at 07:39 PM : Dec 10, 2007

I don''t know what you mean by his being a "product of the 90''s, considering that he was born in 1957.....

Formr, so you are saying that all this is due to Clinton''''s policies in Israel?
