I cannot say that I have ever felt the need to comment on the absurdity of any news story, until now. It is fairly obvious from the video that the teen was pulling on Tigger; Tigger was simply trying to brush the teen%u2019s arm away.

Shame on you, CBS, for even placing any hint of newsworthiness to this incredibly idiotic story; shame on the Monaco's for pursuing this with legal action; and shame on the attorney for taking on this "case." It seems to me any injury sustained by the tender, young teen might be to his ego from the embarrassment of appearing on national TV complaining of injuries sustained by an altercation with Tigger.

My family and I are not Disney regulars, but we did enjoy the service-oriented, courteous staff each time we visited Disney, both in Florida and California; and, truly, my children loved each encounter with the Disney characters. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same of some of the visitors we came across while at the parks.

Disney, give Tigger back his job; give the Monaco%u2019s back the money spent on their trip to Disney; and, then, politely request them never to return to the "Wonderful World of Disney."

I can't believe these people!!! All Tigger did was lose his balance and in trying to grab hold of the railing his arm got entangled with the kid's arm and the kid's head happened to be in the way of Tigger trying to grab the rail! I have worn costumes similar to this and I can tell you, it is very easy to lose your balance especially with the huge feet you have to wear. There was barely any contact and for the kid to say he was sore is a bunch of crock! These people should be banded from any public place because they are obviously trying to make easy money!

When you first read the headline and see the screen grab from the video, one is easily fooled into thinking that we have a rouge Disney cast member in our midst. Once one reviews the video, it is appalingly clear why this country is going down the toilet faster than you can say "Monaco's, you SUCK". Sucker punch? Hospital? There are millions of us that would like to give you something to cry about. Try waking up every day Mr. Monaco and WORKING and making an HONEST living instead of suing Disney for no more damage than a gnat would have done under the same circumstances. Monaco's, you successfully secured a top spot in the Loser Hall of Fame. Shame on you for using your children as pawns in your selfish quest to line your pockets at the expense of the innocent. What sa poor example you have set for your young family. Here's to hoping that the Monaco children find a real moral compass before they reach adulthood.

Mr. Monaco, why is it that your son is laughing throughout this whole accused assault on your son?

I think you need to take a closer look at this video that you took and then have a talk with your son on respecting other people and big stuffed animals. It seems that you have forgotten this discussion. I believe if your son pulled my tail I would probably sucker punch him too. "Do unto others as you would like them to do unto you" I do believe my father told me this when I was much younger than your son.

Quit looking for dollar signs and look at the young adult that your son is growing into and take action to make him an adult who does respect others.

You and your son are pathetic. What role models you two are for the two younger children!!!!

As others have already written in, I can not believe that this story got any time on your show. Even without the video, one can see right through the father and son team. First, it is blatantly obvious that the son was either pinching, or possibly unzipping his costume. You can see it all over the kids face. The poor Tigger tried the get the kid off of him and in the process, hit the kids face. So what. The kid is a brat who had nothing better to do than to mess with a hard working character. The fact that Tigger is being reprimanded and the Father-son team are getting air time on the Early show is ridiculous. If Tigger really wanted to punch the kid in the face, he would have been laid out, he weighs all of 100lbs. I mean, the kid was smiling after he hit him. Now, he is in SOOOOO much pain, it takes medication to just get him through the day; poor baby. Give me a break. If these people make out in any way from this, that would be an embarrasment to society. Shame on you Early show, and Monoco family.

This is our future! I am glad that this family is not my neighbor. My guess is that dad is a bully (not the exact word I wanted to use ) and is teaching his children the same. The Monacos should be fined. Thanks to this family a long time and loved Disney character is ruined for many...needless to say the person who lost their job is unemployed.

Are ya kidding me? The hospital??!! IF Tigger had made direct contact (although, it looks more like 'brush') he didn't have enough momentum to get a good shot. From viewing the video, it looked to me that jr. made a 'shot' towards Tigger to which Tigger responded by trying to defend himself. Actually, if you really want to know what it looks like to me? Tigger was trying to move the boy around to get him in the picture a little better & jr socked him on the face...Stupid, weak people suck.
