- Where is your evidence that she committed a CRIME???? The evidences pointed to Rudy Guede, not to Amanda and her ex boyfriend. Understand he got a lighter sentence becuase he testified against her. The knife she was convicted with should have never been allowed as be used as evidence. She should have never been prosecuted. The consider how her rights were violated when she was questioned by policed. She didn't have an attorney present (under Italy's law she was suppose to have one). She was suppose to have an Interpreter present (under Italy's law she was suppose to have one). And she was suppose to have some one from the US Consolate present (under Italy's law she was suppose to have one). This is why her statement got thrown out. Again I ask you, where is the evidences that Amanda commited a crime?
