The so-called hiring statistics provided by the news media looks great and sounds great but no one is providing evidence to identify what the numbers really mean. Factual information just might identify the fact that the majority of jobs being filled within the United States are being filled by H1B visa holders that are being paid pennies on the dollar for all levels of positions including Mid-Level and up as well as entry level positions. Government and Business alike must think that everyone in the United States is incapable of figuring out what is really going on. Wake up America. Every individual within the United States should be demanding answers and demanding change and demanding the return of a healthy prosperous US economy AND demanding the return of jobs that were outsourced. For all the hiring reports provided especially through the news media, everyone in the U.S. should demanding to see how many US Citizen were hired, how many Permanent Resident were hired, how many EAD visa resident have been hire and how many HIB's were hired directly by transferring H1B visas or indirectly hiring H1B's through the use of 3rd party vendors who pay H1B's pennies on the dollar, in addition to, listing the name of each hiring company and types of hires. Wake up America.
Each and every person in the US can take control and begin creating change for the benefit of the U.S by replacing the majority of individuals within the US Government, and by each and every individual within the US purchasing only US Made Products by checking for US Made Products Label for each and every product. If you cannot find a product with a US Made Product Label, then go to the store manager and request, reinforce and demand US Made Products with US Made Labels and they will find the US Made Product for you. It does not matter if it is a local store or an internet web site, just ask, reinforce and demand and you will receive US Made products. Continue creating change for the benefit of the U.S. Economy by also requesting, reinforcing and demanding US made Services also. The continuous increase in US products and services purchased will create vast new jobs within the US which will save the US economy from complete destruction. Plus when calling into a helpdesk or service center of any kind where you are transferred to an international country, do not provide them with your name nor contact information nor any other confidential information and immediately request to be transferred to the United States. Many US companies are going $M over budget trying to fix all the problems created as the result of using cheap labor and wondering how the companies are hiding their millions dollar losses within their acconting systems and hopefully soon every company involved will be exposed. US Companies would have successfully completed their projects on time and within budget using US employees which would have benefited the US economy in addition to experiencing a very low percentage of unemployment.

We live in Western Kansas--as for jobs--it is very difficult to find anyone that wants to work at odd jobs--there IS work out here--but you will find that no one really wants to do physical labor-WORK. People would rather draw unemployment or be on food stamps -- in the "olden days" it was an embarrassment to have to be on welfare--but now days people just take advantage of everything--their response is--"the government will pay for it". Then we come to health care--well, if people have insurance--they don't care what something costs--they just say well, your insurance will pay for it--and the "cap" needs to be put on these drug companies and the doctors bills as they drain the insurance company / medicare for as much as they can. One example= I just got on Medicare--my office visit to the doctor was $60. Medicare paid $131.58. I said WHY do you pay over double for a bill--he said well, that is what we allow for doctor office call--because in some larger places they might charge 2-3hundred dollars-! NOW--I think this is just CRAZY! As for drilling for oil--well, the land out here is leased up by oil companies--they drill and if they find one good well, they will quit--and your land that is on that lease will be tied up forever with them. THEY regulate how much they want to drill for oil and the amount of oil pumped--we KNOW that. As in President Obama's speech before election he too said that if land is leased, they should be made to drill for oil. I agree. Eventhough the majority of Kansas is Republican and of course, now, they see everything wrong in the running of the country (they were living under a rock for EIGHT years)--WE THINK President Obama is doing a GREAT JOB!
I used to be very proud of my career choice as an elementary teacher. However, over the past few years, and particularly, this past year, teachers have been painted as selfish, overpaid, glorified babysitters. I don't understand these attacks, and do not understand how the public expects to attract qualified new teachers to the profession, when with the education requirements and continueing education requirements, people can make more money with more public support in other professions. I still believe that I provide a wonderful service to my students, and love spending time with my students. But I no longer openly share with others what I do for aliving. Very unfortunate.
I can understand completely how you feel. While I don't think that most think anything ill of teachers, rather it is the school systems that they are unhappy with. Unfortunately, the teachers are the ones that feel it the most. You know,I like Obama. But I just don't understand why he can't just be truthful with us and don't go off into other things trying to get our mind thinking about other things they say their doing. I can't remember when i seen a political person tell the truth straight out without going off into something else before. I don't know where they talk about the average income is $50,000 per person belive me their are hundred times as many out here making less than 25,000.
HEALTH CARE FOR THOSE WHO ARE STILL DENIED AFFORDABLE CARE, and those of us who have insurance who have to go through nightmares to get our Medications.. or told that our insurance won't pay for much needed medications, or they are so expensive no one can afford them, WE NEED A SYSTEM IN ENGLAND. NO MATTER WHAT THE MEDICATION $14.50 per med. No matter what the issue, WE GET TO SEE A DOCTOR, no high bills .. Each hospital SELF budgets.. All doctors on a Salery. . WE MUST DO SOMETHING. My husband cannot get health care insurance for less then $588. a month. .He is retired from the UK, we immigrated back to the USA due to my health is deteriorating, I have Mitochondrial Disease, and wanted to be around family and friends. He cannot.. get affordable health insurance. I am a volunteer at a local senior center. MANY days I go in and hear people talking about they can't take their meds, due to they can't afford it.. some of them are diebetic or have heart issues or blood pressure issues and need their meds.. but insurance companies say no, or they want person to pay like $250 for 1 medication, You tell me Mr President, WHO can afford that . .for 1 medication and also pay every day bills.. Do you know what it feels like to be ill, and look at your check book and try to say, Do I go to the doctor, or do I buy groceries or pay my house hold bills.. IT SUCKS !! Contact me Sir.. I don't understand these attacks, and do not understand how the public expects to attract qualified new teachers to the profession, when with the education requirements and continueing education requirements, people can make more money with more public support in other professions.
