Wow, I'm guessing you are divorced if anyone was stupid enough to marry you in the first place and try to learn a little grammar. Your rambling rant is sad.

Most episodes would cause me to wince once or twice at Kate's condescension towards Jon. One post above highlights how often Kate used the 'my/mine/me' phrase. A typial example was the scene where Jon was putting a storage rack in the top of the garage. Kate insultingly tells Jon that he doesn't know what he's doing and he should listen to her more. There was no joke in it.
Like most, I'm suspicious of interviews like the one above. Particularly when it serves to make the subject look better than her antagonist.

"I?m not naïve," she said. "I know that my kids will come out of this, to a degree, with some sort of dysfunction. I?m not stupid."

Yeah, and parading your childrens lives in front of millions of people for money is okay? She is a completely self-centered person (protect MYSELF and my kids) and I am suprised he's put up with her this long.

I wonder if Kate will learn anything, she only says what people want to hear or what she thinks people want to hear. She is the phoniest person! The kids should be with Jon most of the time, Kate cares mostly about the money, what it can do for her, her looks, etc. When does a mother have time to write a book with 8 kids?? Please take the show off the air for good, makes me sick!!

OK seriously, when did Jon ever say he had "too many kids"? And a "long time"....they have been sort of living individual lives for 2 years. They have said that over and over. The little ones were already 3. They couldn't put them back.

Can't say I blame him for wanting out. She's a very difficult person to deal with. She knows the game and she plays it very well. Jon is better off cutting his losses now before she takes up arms...then claims abuse! The kids will undstand in time. They are much more resilent than most people think. Unless, or course, they take Kate's path and blame everyone else's fault...not mine. Always!!

Well at least one good thing came out of it. No more new episodes. At least not until August. Hopefully, by then both of these boneheads will have gained a little wisdom and realized that marital difficulties shouldn't be used for entertainment purposes.

America:

We are screwed when we can dominate every angle of the media circuit with titillating and revolting news of a disjointed couple in the throes of addiction. There addiction? Fame. They wanted it all, they wanted the celebrity, they wanted the money, they wanted everything except what was of value. From my viewpoint Jon was tired of playing 'the game' and wanted out. She could not let go, because she was finally the star she always wanted to be. Jon is simple and laid back. A little weak kneed, but he saw the writing on the wall and decided to terminate it. I wish them best of luck, but please, please, disappear for awhile and re-group. Together or seperate, THE KIDS COME FIRST.

Sign me: Disgusted in Everywhere, America with these two babies.

kate has all right to spank her child
god saids make your children mind & raise in the right way.
she has done the upper most job of raising these 8 kids
some cant do with 1
stop & think a few shows back when jon picked a child of his up
and slamed them down in the highchair with the anger showing in his face and at times when he dressed them.to me jon only seemed to enjoy the kids was when he was playing with them, which we all enjoy playing /// but keep the playing at your home and not some younger adult/// grow up jon you have a beautifull wife & beautifull children
THANK GOD for them and try to keep them.
what about child support? or are u exempt??
your playing will stop if u have to get 3 jobs, and a tin cup & start singing
BEST OF LUCK TO YOU KATE & KIDS

He said he was home alone with the children this weekend, "with no nannies, just he and the children" yet I saw footage of him outside the house signing autographs and he said one of the children had to have a head injury glued shut. RIDICULOUS!

If Kate knew Jon wanted out of the marriage for a long time, why would she want to give birth 5 yrs ago to 6 more kids, knowing her marriage was on shaky grounds. Jon strikes me as a big "Lazy Boy," who still isn't grown up enough to be a father of "too many kids" as he puts it!

But Kate Gosselin is no joy in the park either. And I don't get these women who think a baby will make a man be with them forever. So, they both just need to start thinking about facing reality now, because they have 8 kids, that is going to depend on them for a long time to come, and the TLC money they have on hand now, will not last forever, taking care of such a large family. And any residual money from the show, may not even be seen, if TLC decides to can it all the way! Because putting it mildly, who would want to see this meltdown taking place all over again or repeatedly anyway! Believe me, we all have our problems, and no one wants to re-live any of our own problems!

When you are constantly berated for not doing something well enough (up to someone else's standard), you eventually stop trying when they are around to criticize. Jon seemed comfortable and adept at caring for the kids on his own.

I'm sure when Jon decided to stand up for himself there was hell to pay. I often cringed when hearing how and what Kate said to him and wondered what value, if any, she placed on him as a mate.

You know... the funny this is... all we really know is what Kate keeps saying in her multitude of interviews she does.

Jon's story, we really know very little about.
