My husband have been watching Jon & Kate Plus 8 since it started. We are both very saddened by the turn of events that have occured in the Gosselin household. The season opener was a big disappointment to both of us. We were hoping that Jon and Kate would be able to rise up above all this media drama, but I guess not. Kate is especially drawn to the media drama and attention!!!! Shame on TLC for exploiting this family in such a way and dangling the $$$$$$ in front of them in order to real them into this media trap. I have no idea whether they would have made it without this drama, but atleast it would have been a private affair.

Kate-If you know that you have been harsh to Jon, then why do you continue to behave this way to him? You have repeatedly admitted to this behavior several times on the show and honestly, I have never seen you change your approach to him in any episode. You need some help with your control obsession. It is an illness and I along with the rest of your viewers, have watched for the last four years the affect that it has had on your family and marriage.

Jon-How important is your pride? I know that being degraded on national T.V. can not be easy, but stand up for yourself and demand that the two of you get some help for these issues befor they get out of hand. Not only was Kate harsh to you, but you allowed her to treat you this way and then it got to be to much to handle. Maybe you should not have allowed them to convince you to quite your job?

Your children should come first and the memories that you both can build together for them. Believe me, as Jon said, the grass always looks greener on the other side. Until you get there to really experience it. Being apart may look like it is the only solution, but you seriously need to step back from this reality show and get some help from some professionals instead of listening to possibly TLC advisors and all of the other people who have already chosen a side. Neither one of you are looking at the big picture, you are looking at a picture that has been built for you by people who really don't care about anything but ratings and $$$$$$$. Is that what you want your life to be? I honestly hope not. Take control of your life and take a stand against the public throught the eyes of the Media (TLC).

Again - SHAME ON YOU TLC FOR TAKING THIS FAMILIES LIFE AWAY FROM THEM. What kind of people are your production crew, because for you to exploit this family the way you have and sleep at night is inconceivable to me. You are a big part of this families problem. GREED, GREED, GREED!!!!!! Produces HATE, DISCONTENTMENT AND SADNESS. That is what you have produced.

TLC-What are you going to do for those eight children, whom now have a broken home at the moment? How are you going to help repair the mess you have created?

Why do newspeople feel the need to interview family members who are at odds with other family members? Hello???? Of course they are going to be negative, hurl accusations and cause problems. Maybe what they say is true, maybe it isn't. Chances are IT IS NOT TRUE and they are trying to make a name for themselves. CBS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF ITSELF - this interview alone causes more problems for this family and their children! Who do you think you are?

Jon and Kate need to focus on themselves, and how can they do that when newsagencies constantly meddle?

Who says Kate has forgotten how to be a wife, or put the show before her family? Oh wait, her whipped brother & his jealous wife. Mad because they aren't getting any of the money from the show. Yet, where's the proof to their claims? Everyone's going by hearsay from the media, & jealous siblings. Why? Can anyone say they're a perfect parent? I think not. And if you do, you're a flat out liar. Can anyone say they're the perfect spouse? No, you can't. We all make mistakes. It's whether you learn from them, or not.

Jon and Kates sisterinlaw and brother are mad because Jon and Kate have cut them out I'm quite sure that they were getting money for their share of being on the show and now their not making any money so now they have all this bad stuff to say about their family they should be ashamed family problems stay at home shame on you too for that and bashing Jon and Kate cuz you are not getting paid now. money isn't everything support is what Jon and Kate need not your drama. now you can think about the kids and how you just bashed their parents on live TV not to smart if it's all about the kids!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am sickened by the fact that Kate has put "her" reality show above her marriage. I think it's time to end the show before the marriage ends. She needs to get her priorities in order. I'm not saying that Jon isn't innocent. It's time he steps up and fights for his marriage and children.

Seems to me, Kate has forgotten how to be a wife... surely the enamored girl who jumped up and down on the couch during one of their earlier videos in excitement, just to be with Jon has been completely forgotten -!!!!

Also seems to me her need for children superceded anything Jon may have wanted or anticipated... and now is not a good time for Jon to realize hes over his head - they choose not to decrease the number of children when they discovered she was pregnant with sextuplets.. so from there on, the decision was made, and for a good long time...

Kate - remember the person you were who fell in love with Jon.. and Jon - get over it - they are here now and they need parents... midlife crises doesn't suit you - and Kate, goodness sake, don't make the mistake of taking "stardom" so seriously.... there is much more at stake here, than your hair, nails and white teeth.. (or "fame") - as Jon so astutely pointed out, someday, they will 'google' you!!! What do you want them to see>?

Could I raise 8 kids, goodness no.. but then I chose not to!!!

Deal with the hand you've chosen..and try some grace- especially towards one another....."we are forming people here" (Kate)....children learn from what they see!

Shame on Kevin & Jodi. They talk about Kate & Jon in it for the money, but wasted no time jumping on that wagon for themselves. And quite frankly, before they go dishing Kate & Jon, maybe they should review the footage shown in their home. Looked to me while they were concentrating on Kate & Jon's kids, their own were being ignored. Looks to me like the pot calling the kettle black. Great way to show your family support there, Kevin & Jodi. Though it seems to me that Jodi is the one behind this. Get some balls Kevin & be supportive of you sister.

What gives us the right to judge this family?! Jodi and Kevin have no business speaking about someone elses family(probably for $)and the decisions they are making. We are not in Jon and Kates shoes! These kids are not being abused. If this was a non-famous family the adults involved would not quit their jobs and stop providing for their children. Every marriage can be picked apart, even if its a good marriage. Someone will always have an OPINION on how couples act and how they raise thier children. Life is about choices and everyone has to live with the ramifications of their choices. Just because people choose to live in the 'limelight' doesn't mean we need to examine them like specimens. Shame on society! Shame on the media and 'the P people'!

Those kids need protection. Look at the effect the show is having on Jon. The twins and sextuplets need to be saved before they develop that "child star syndrome". Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the show and I'll be disappointed if it goes off the air, but the kids need to come first. Kate is worried about having enough money to raise those kids. That family has more money (even with 8 children) than other big families. Kate wants to keep the lifestyle. Her excuse of needing the money for the kids is bull. Those kids woulndn't know the difference if they wrere wearing clothes from k-mart or the gap. It was a good run, but it's time to put the children first.
I remember last season when Kate flipped on Jon for not using a coupon. Like 20 bucks is worth looking like a b*tch on TV. Jon let her rule the host for way too long. He needs to stand up now and protect those kids. Kate sure isn't!

I am shocked at Kevin and Jodi Kreider's behavior. They claim they are concerned for the children, but their behavior and choices glaringly contradict that. If they are putting the Gosselin children first, why would they reveal such intimate and upsetting details about Jon and Kate's marriage in multiple interviews? They must realize that this information will reach at least the eldest children. Why aren't they just maintaining their roles as the loving aunt and uncle that provide a safe haven for those children? Are they miffed at the lack of money they are making over the show? Do they need their 15 minutes of fame? My god where are the adults in this situation?!?

I used to watch the show but I got really sick of hearing their children whine and cry. If I want to hear that I can do that in my own home without having to turn on the tv.
