A little information, must implants today are done with minimal cutting and on occasion through the bellybutton, and they use non-carcinogen salene solutions and don't cause cancer......you seem to be a little "behind the times" with respect to breast augmentation.

No breast implants take place through a belly button. and due to the introduction of plastics tothe body and the tendency of tissue to encapsulate over time, there is NO SUCH THING as an invasive procedure or material guaranteed to not be mutagenic or tetragenic--which FYI can equal carcinogenic. Even plastic surgeons cannot guarantee the safety of foreign implants within the body. In fact, they come closest to guaranteeing a procedure--but even then, there is a caveat for complications.
How any one's body reacts to invasive surgery or insertion of foreign objects either silicone filled or saline; is subjective and based solely on empirical evidence ---but EVERY/ANY scientist will tell you that the odds of cancer occurring within breast tissueincreases after any invasive procedure, including biopsies.
Through the belly button--you MUST have been speaking of a tummy tuck--NOT breast implants. - Reply to this comment

- Christians, Muslims and Jewish believers are going to "unite" against "same-sex" marriages in all the states when it comes to State's Constitutional Amendments. These state's courts can allow these marriages now, but like California, an Amendment will "overturn" them all!
