I think the judge is wrong on this. Britney coming across *** in public, in pictures, in magazines, in her work, etc. does not give the judge the right to judge her morally, and that is what this judge did. US had no business printing the gossip, and Britney has as much right to be offended and harmed by it as Madeline Albright would be if US said there was a *** tape of Madeline and her husband. The judge is there to judge the action of the periodical, not Britney's image. As for Federline, he really is a piece of trash if he is trying to sell a *** video of him and Britney.

karma - what a great thing. Federline is probably 1 of the creepiest people I have seen - he takes nasty to a new level. brit seems to handle her faux paux's in a whiny pity me manner & Kevin - well he is all talk & no action - except in the reproduction dept. Better that the money from pre-nup go to his children w/Shar - before they end up on welfare. As for an acting career for him - CSI just showed what a true punk and smart-*** he is...there was no acting skills used for his part. I am sure that people cheered when he got punched out - I know I did. How the public can emulate someone like him; and actually give credence to his lifestyle is beyond me. Better that he did humatarian acts rather than try to prove he could rap - now that is funny. Homeboys all over the nation probably had nightmares after hearing his "rap" cd or portions thereof. I agree with mjv2944... How is this any different than blackmail? "Give me 36 million dollars in unmarked bills or else I will trash your career wit' dese' pictures I took." And he expects a judge to consider giving him custody of the kids too? What a moron! Boy, this guy really is on the bottom of the food chain!!! How low can you go? Is this how he wants his children to view him? Exactly, Why would he ask her for $30 mil when he could get $50 mil for the tape? What she should do is leak it out and kill that opportunity for him to make anything off of it, Then take him to the cleaners with that pre-nup, leaving him the only option, get back with Shar. Kevin's album sucks too, heard a sample on the radio morning show and they were laughing about how he talks about all this designer stuff he got on his own.
