- I have tried Smart For life. I lost 40 pounds in 3 months and kept it off for 3 years now.
The cookies are 60% organic and I still eat them for breakfast to keep my weight down. The name cookie diet realy is stupid, but Smart For Life realy changed my eating. - Reply to this comment
- Cookie diets - another fad. The only way to loose weight is to make a conscious decision to live a healthy lifestyle every day - exercise, rest, and eat smart. That means eat REAL FOOD, not fortified garbage. You can''t eat cookies every day to keep yourself slim. Sorry Doc Siegal, I don''t believe your hype.

- In the 33 years since I developed the concept of a diet based on a hunger-controlling cookie, more than 500,000 of my own patients, and those of hundreds of other physicians I''ve supplied, have lost weight quickly and safely with Dr. Siegal''s COOKIE DIET. While I appreciate the Early Show including my cookie in this story, I''m disappointed that the "expert" they invited was a nutritionist with no particular knowledge of my system and cookies, or the science behind them.
