FANTASTIC!!,,,,,We dont want "THIS" to happen again, so let's not
investigate to discover how THIS happened in the first place.

We dont want the swine flu to hit us again so let's not have the lab
techs put the swine flu strains under the microscope.

We already said we're not going to prosecute,,,,Do you mean to say
that we are going to baby the law breakers to the extent that
we will shield them even from the "punishment" of
public exposure?

Okay maybe if we exchange their NAMES for NUMBERS?,,,

"#745_c knowing that it was against the Geneva Accord, gave the
go-ahead for the illegal institution of the torture."

How's that?

Wow, that's a surprise that the Republicans are the ones that are most against having the hearings, huh?

Lying under oath is not as serious as killing hundreds of thousands of women and children for your oil company buddies. And lying us into war, destroying the economy by a deregulation orgy. Illegally spying, lying and ousting a CIA agent is just a LITTLE more of an issue. Don't you think?

So Bush goes on trial for all you said.....him and witnesses lie under oath...they get off scot free because of perjury.....you ok with that?

Today, AP news (on Yahoo!) is reporting:

The FAA notified the New York Police Department of the flyover, telling them photos of the Air Force One jet would be taken about 1,500 feet above the Statue of Liberty around 10 a.m. Monday. It had a classified footnote that said, "Information in this document shall not be released to the public or the media."

So much for our transparent government....

A very accurate description of the Clinton administration.

Clinton lied about WMD. Clinton attacked Iraq. Clinton's WMD lie was adopted by Congress. Thousands died from Clinton's WMD lie.

Banking deregulation passed with overwhelming support of both parties during the Clinton admin. Clinton signed it into law gladly, and he is still proud of it today.

Do you have any more lies to tell today???

if you don't tell the truth in court, then the system breaks down......look at what has happened to this country since a president spit on the very fabric of our legal system

more serious issue than anything that Clinton may have done wrong. Don't you?
Posted by noloyalisti at 11:04 AM : Apr 28, 2009

News flash, skippy. The Iraq war happned because Clinton lied about WMD.

Clinton himself attacked Iraq because of non-existent WMD.

But funny how Democrats all want to pretend none of that happened.

Clinton's WMD lie was adopted by the vast majority of the politicians in WDC. They voted for war, including the majority of Democrats.

Bush started the Iraq war with the full approval of the overwhelming majority of Congress.

But liberals are allergic to facts. They want to pretend none of that ever happened.

another lib that is ok with lying under oath folks
Posted by jwind1 at 10:57 AM : Apr 28, 2009

And I notice he refused to even discuss Madoff.

Selective justice is gross injustice.

But it's considered normal for Democrats.

I think illegally torturing prisoners who may have been innocent and using the information to start invasions that killed millions is a LITTLE bit of a more serious issue than anything that Clinton may have done wrong. Don't you?

I think Obama must have set a record for being the president with the largest number of apologies issued in the shortest time since taking office.
Posted by weedapeapl at 10:51 AM : Apr 28, 2009

The last Mis-Administartion made so many blunders (every one associated with that group were incompetent) that there is probably more apologies coming.

The Bu$hies were dumber that dirt. Or rocks for that matter.

No one asked me. So I agree not Congress, but how about the Attorney General? Hopefully if our country won't step up to the plate, perhaps a war crimes tribunal from our allies.
Posted by stillarunner at 10:33 AM : Apr 28, 2009

how long did it take you to move on with life after finding out clinton lied under oath?
Posted by jwind1

Well quite frankly, if it is against the law, prosecute. If you don't like the law, change it. We need to hold ourselves and others accountable for the choices we make. It is that simple.
Posted by stillarunner at 10:43 AM : Apr 28, 2009

so at what point did you move on with life?
Posted by jwind1

The next day. People lie all the time unfortunately--particularly for power and money. But I feel war crimes are a big deal, a very big deal. Enough said, goodbye.

Did Clinton prosecute Madoff when he was turned in to the SEC in 2000?

If it was against the law, why didn't he prosecute?

Why are the Democrats being so selective about what crimes they want to prosecute???

Selective justice is gross injustice.

For the record, I was not polled:

My answer if I was polled would have been- HE11 yes I want an investigation!
