I think we are all worrying about something that
hasn''''t happened yet. I personally think that Obama
couldn''''t do any worse than what is in there now. I
hope and pray that America can roll up their sleeves
and get back to work! So many Americans lost their
jobs with Dubya in charge of everything!

Posted by sanvan11 at 08:56 AM : Jan 18, 2009

How do you know he won''t do worse? Is that your opinion or can you see into the future? If you can see into the future, can you tell me who will when the Super Bowl, I plan on betting quite a bit of money.

subornets below him that were involved their war
efforts. The Haigue sounds good right about now!

What are "subornets"?

Does legacy even matter? People live, they die, they rot in the ground. You better get yours and do what you want while you can.

prohb, I know they used the techniques of Hitler to
get away with whatever they wanted to do,
unfortunately so many people were fooled by this.
We will not know how this Obama administration is
going to do, so maybe I am wrong on this but I have a
wait and see attitude.

All I know is that Dubya will sit in the comforts of
his luxurious 2 homes in Texas with his gov''t
retirement from the taxpayers for the rest of his
life. So we will always pay for that mistake.

sanvan11 - About 2004 - Cheney/Rove/Bush used jingoism and smokes and mirrors to fool and manipulate us. Unfortunately, we fell right into their trap. They treated us as "sheeple" rather than people and unfortunately, again, many of us were/are "sheeple".

War Crimes! Well George and Channey should be on the
top of the list. We must''nt forget Rumsfelt and his
subornets below him that were involved their war
efforts. The Haigue sounds good right about now!

You are funny, if you think that major international financial institutions can be forced by a grassroots organization to do anything, you are just as deluded as those who cannot understand that credit froze because the banks didn''t trust each other to cover 57 trillion in bets they made with credit default swaps, and your precious Acorn had nothing to do with that, they also had nothing to do with ARM scams, and other predatory practices that got the banks into trouble.

Get over it, a "Black" man is about to become your president, assuming you are American.

Whinning, I don''t understand George was thrust into
office twice. People should have realize in 04 he
wasn''t for the common people of this country. Remember
he served the top 10% of this country. Which meant
people who made more than $250,000 and you were a
fortune 500 go getter. Everyone else got the trickled
down bestowed on them!

I disagree, I say "leave, but don''t go too far, the war crimes trials are coming up, and we want all our missing money back."

I see the list of unpopular presidents in history.
Try Milliard Fillmore, James Buchanan and in recent
history Harry Truman had a low approval rating. What
hurt him was the onset of the cold war. Most people
didn''t like his views on communism. So from what I
can see we''ve had some real losers in the White House.
I will say that Dubya takes the presidency to a new
low. It will take years to recover from the fallocies
of this idiot.

irmcvet971,
I believe you''re speaking about the Preamble of the US Constitution. We the people in order to form a more perfect union.....it doesn''t say anything about complaining and whining. The Preamble does not grant any particular authority it does not prohibit any particular authority. It establishes the fact that the federal government has no authority outside of what follows the preamble, as amended. Besides if you voted and that''s a big IF, you didn''t hire the President. I believe it was the Electoral College that elected and confirmed his nomination. The Declaration of Independence was an airing of grievances so if you would have mentioned this you would be standing on better ground with your rebuttal.

HURRICANE KATRINA EQUALS CHENEY/ROVE/BUSH!
They are the " Hurricane Katrina" that hit this country during the years 2000 -2008.
*They destroyed our economy for years.
*They devastated our natural environment and squandered it for our children.
*They created a war that killed thousands of people.
*They lost our credibility and respect in the world.
*They infringed on our rights.
*They lost time in proactively dealing with climate change and a green energy future.
*They widened the gap between rich and poor on earnings and health care.
*They stagnated education with a negative, in-your-face philosophy.
*They promoted an atmosphere of greed and waste.
*They ran a partisan government that was based on right-wing, know-nothing ideology rather than scientific and social facts.
*They fooled many of our young men with jingoism and Machiavellian smokes and mirrors - they manipulated our emotions- and caused a divide that pitted American against American on what real patriotism is and left us confused and mistrustful.
*There were few things (if any) of goodness and honor and decency to admire and feel idealism for, and a hope for the future with.
Their legacy will be a path of destruction in all of the above leaving a wasteland of emotional emptiness that now, hopefully as a resilient people, we can and must deal with.
My message to %u201CKatrina%u201D Bush %u2026%u2026 Just Leave. We need to begin cleaning up your mess.

This article is too generous.

They know that Bush''''s approval rating has not moved up from 18.5%.

Republicans have two unremoveable stains; Herbert Hoover and George W. Bush.

You forgot Nixon.

"Bush''s Final Approval Rating: 22 Percent"

From "South Park"

Cartman: "Come on, you mean to say that a quarter of Americans are retarded?"

Kyle: Well lets take a poll, there are four of us, and you''re retarded, so yep, a quarter of Americans are retarded.

"President Bush had the highest approval rating of any president...90%...FACT" Posted by mr02258 at 05:55 AM

Having reading comprehension problems?

"Bush''s Final Approval Rating: 22 Percent"

Get over it, you lost.

Whine, Whine, Whine. Who really cares about which President was more popular? Some of the people posting on this site need to get a life. Jellolion is one of those that needs to come out of Mom''''s basement and get some fresh air. Instead of trying to make things better everyone feels that by doing nothing but complain that things are going to be fixed. Well, welcome to the real world. Whatever your party affiliation do us all a favor, run for President yourself. You''''ll see firsthand how hard things are when you''''re the one in charge. Who knows a few years from now everyone will be running a poll to name you the worst President ever.

Duh?? Have YOU ever actually READ the Constitution... especially the part about WE the PEOPLE? It''s OUR JOB Sparky! Yep that''s right WE the PEOPLE HIRED the LYING piece of HUMAN Trash and WE the PEOPLE must tell him what kind of job he did. Certainly you don''t think he was a King or something do you?
