Your kidding right? Prisions have been making stuff for the military for years just like licence plates and other stuff for states. Its all paid for by tax-payer money of course.

- Our manufacured oil shortage may be coming to an end. The Bakken oil field in N Dakota is thought to contain 200 billion barrels of oil production, almost as large as the Saudi Oil fields total. New drilling techniques have made the once inaccessible oil available.
