CBS News/N.Y. Times Follow-Up Survey Of Likely Voters Suggests Democrat's Advantage Grew
- i think i see why he''s gaining.
i just saw a GOP TV commercial and A Dem commercial almost back to back. the reason is clear.
the GOP one was of a camera zooming in on the oval office desk and chair and trie to plant a seed of fear on Obmama getting to sit in that chair.
the Obama one criticized McCain for his heath care package yes, but it also spoke of his own solutions.
what do the GOP offer?
obviously nothing but to tear down the other guy.
the reasons Obmama is gaining is because he''s the one talking solutions and the GOP is talking fear of not choosing McCain.
in these times guess which one people are going to listen to? the one with solutions or the ones that their own candidate said americans shouldn''t fear being president?
maybe the GOP haven''t heard what their candidate said?

mcCain IS up in Ohio but only because of the obviously skewered Fox News / Rasmussen numbers.
In PA, Obama holds an 11.7% lead - down from 13% two days ago, because ONE POLL had him at +8% which dragged down his numbers.
And obama is STILL leading in FL, even AFTER you factor in the skewered Fox news numbers!! - Reply to this comment
- Welcome President Obama
Good by George and Richard. We will certainly miss you both a great deal, given the deep understanding and sound judgment you demonstrated when committing our country to an invasion and an expensive protracted war in Iraq. And many thanks also for keeping a close regulatory eye on Wall Street and our mortgage lending and banking system during your watch. Sorry Bill and Hillary. Of course we really wanted to have you back again so that Bill could have another shot at some more action with interns in the oval office, and we will certainly miss not being able to hear all the details of such encounters. Too bad John and Sarah. We will always be grateful to you, John, for clearly putting the needs of our country above petty politics in choosing your running mate; - Reply to this comment
- Why this nonsense, Rasmussen poll just out showed McCain gaining on Obama in all swing-states. Just like CBS, NBC, ABC and CNN to jump on the band-wagon for Barack Obama when there is tighten in the race.
