Knowing how Evil President Bush to the point we are all expecting an ''October Surprise'' to help the Republican Party, Bush will fly a Suicide Bomber in secret to Chicago to bring Fear onto the Living Room of America.

Thanks to the Bush Economic Meltdown, unemployment will increase in the months ahead.

Bush has been the BEST PRESIDENT for the Democratic Party. No Democrat ever could have done what Bush done to help the Democrat Party.

It is with honor and pleasure that I hereby pronounce Barrack Obama the President Elect of the United States of America.

Same old campaign slogans, eh? Same ol'' insults? Just listen toG.Will, D. Brooks....and now Alan Greenspan if you want to hear rational conservatives'' lack of confidence in McCain.

If the economy (crisis) stays in the lime light McCain doesn''t have a chance. If we suddenly declare war on Russia, then he''s likely in.

tpraskac, women aren''t the only parents even though they are usually the most effective. Women in the business world?? They, again, are frequently more effective than their male counterparts. Your list is certainly way off the mark.

Sad thing is there is no real hope with this next election. McCain seems bent on following the failing practices of Bush, and Obama doesn''t really have a clue. How on earth did they end up as our candidates?????

If the McCain Palin show starts to see their numbers dropping too low, we''ll probably see "an eminent threat" develop in Iran. Our gov''t has been releasing stories about terrorist training camps and weapon rings for a few weeks now as a build up. (see: Pre Iraq War Hype) Cue "W" to lanch an air stike.

Then good ol flag wavin Americuns can worry about terrorism again instead of the economy. War Hero John McCain to the rescue. (Did you know he was a POW?)

"We were elected to change Washington, and we let Washington change us. We lost the trust of the American people when some Republicans gave in to the temptations of corruption...We lost their trust, when we valued our power over our principles."

-John McCain, acceptance speech

Pubs: "Yeah, we''re corrupt and have laid waste to pretty much everything we''ve touched -- but give us another chance, will ya?"

Our country is going to hell in a handbasket. We need to get ourselves out from under our dpendency on foriegn oil.gas. The cost of every consumer product has risen sharply. Americans are stretched to the limit. Jobs are being lost, foreclosures are increasing at an alarming rate. Seems even the family pets are suffering the high cost of fuel as almost daily a sad new story is on TV about shelters being forced to euthanize record number of surrendered pets from those forced out of their homes due to foreclosure or they simply can''t afford to feed them anymore. The energy crisis in our country is far reaching and needs immediate attention. Our economy is in a sorry state of affairs directly related to the high cost of fuel. We have become so dependant on foreign oil that we have neglected to fully utilize such natural sources of energy such wind power & solar power. Along with modern technology such as plug in cars, hybrid cars, v2g technology ,and regenerative braking, technology we still seem to be floundering as a nation as to devising the best plan utilize all that is available to us and lift ourselves out of this mess we are in. We need to take o ur closest look at which candidates put our economy and energy crisis at the forefront of their agenda. There is an new book due out soon called "The Manhattan Project of 2009" by Jeff Wilson. Looks to be an interesting read!

Thanks, IOWEIGN. Sometimes everyone needs a little reminder of just how corrupt and sleezy the Republican party has become. John McCain should have dropped out of that immoral party in 2000 when they were calling him a traitor and run as an independent. He might not have won, but he would have saved America from the worst president in history and maybe everyone would be a lot better off now instead of watching our retirement savings melt because of Republican policy.

If Sarah Palin was a great choice for John McCain, then why does he run those sleazy commercials against Obama? It seems to me like McCain doesn''''t have as much faith in his VP''''s choice to help his campaign.

That fading star rhetoric in the commercials seems to belong to Palin, not Obama.

Obama expects trash to come from those taking the low road, but he didn''''t think John McCain walked there...and now, Obama concedes that John McCain does indeed take the low road and dispense garbage to the broadcasters....is that what John McCain''''s education and experience is good for? I had a POW for a neighbor, and he told me those from the low road always try to toss their trash to the high road, but it always falls back to low road....the laws of honor and gravity are alike and serve those who know which way is up. Barack Obama always knows which way is up. John McCain clearly is floundering in the political storm he created for himself.

Why is it ok for 99 percent of Black people to back Obama.
A black person say''s "I am voting for him because he black."
How about his wife making lunches and doing wash?
I love America, I will not vote for a person for race, gender, or party!
Bob Barr 08
That''s racism in my book.

Astounding.

The Republicans have caused the collapse of the world economy and their followers simply deny reality.

REPUBLICANS ARE FAILURES.
REPUBLICANS ARE CROOKS.

Just the facts part 2:

Neither campaign has clean hands when it comes to entanglement with the financial sector--consider the following information that is readily available from numerous online sources:

Jim Johnson, who has served as Barack Obama''s economic advisor and a head of his vice-presidential search team, was CEO and Chairman of Fannie Mae from 1991 to 1998 and a managing director at Lehman Brothers from 1985 to 1990. He quit the Obama campaign after disclosure of a sweetheart mortgage deal from the now defunct Countrywide Financial.

Franklin Raines was CEO of Fannie Mae from 1999 to 2004, where he pocketed over $50 million in compensation and was required to pay a multi-million dollar fine by the SEC in connection with accounting fraud at Fannie Mae. Raines currently serves as an economic advisor to Obama.

So, Johnson and Raines were collectively in charge of Fannie Mae from 1991 to 2004.
