John McCain endured 5 1/2 years at the Hanoi Hilton. He stood up the his NVA captors.

Actually John McSame sang like a song bird. He made a VIDEO for the NVA denouncing the USA..some Hero!

hEY EDDIE HELLO....ANYONE HOME? HE SAID PAYROLL TAX WILL RISE AND BUSINESS TAX WILL RISE. BUSINESS TAX WILL BE PASSED THROUGH TO THE CONSUMER IN HIGHER PRICES. YOU THINK BUSINESS WILL EAT THE TAX? NO IT GET PASSED THROUGH TO US....

No sense of humor, huh ?
I am against raising any taxes, period. Doesn''t matter on you, me, large corporation, whatever. Somehow it always tends to trickle down to everyone, poor will pay thru higher prices on goods or services, rich will get better at hiding moneys offshore, middle class - always gets the short end of the stick

And all you boneheads pushing this ''''Obama will raise taxes on the middle class'''' BS - his plan does nothing of the sort. He WILL raise taxes on the rich, and you can make a case that raising taxes on the rich will ultimately have a negative effect upon the rest of us - but stop lying to make your point.

I completelly agree with this statement. The only problem I have, is Obama''s definition of "Rich". If you make more than $6/hour, you are "Filthy Rich" and should be taxed to death...

swordfish56: Putin will kick young Barak''''s @ss and send him home umm-ing and awh-ing, like he does so well.

You mean kind of like how Putin kicked G.W. Bush''s @*** and made him whine like a little girl.

Obama will tax the middle class and lower middle class more in order to give to the lower class. The lower class will obviously benefit, the rich can afford it, so once again the middle to lower middle class will feel the sting.

Again, this sounds exactly like Obama''s tax plan to me! NO THANKS!

Scenario: Vladimir Putin and Barack Obama are negotiating a truce between NATO and Russia after the Russians have invaded Georgia and Poland to secure oil pipeline rights (oil money for the Russians) and keep missiles away from their borders.....who do you think is the stronger leader? Who will be the better...stronger...negotiator?

Putin will kick young Barak''s @ss and send him home umm-ing and awh-ing, like he does so well. God help us all if this scenario happens and it looks like it will.
John McCain endured 5 1/2 years at the Hanoi Hilton. He stood up the his NVA captors. He will stand up to Putin and all the other world''s thugs much better than a wet behind the ears junior senator that got elected with help from radical socialist fat cats with a "I Hate America First" agenda. Obama is a puppet whose strings are pulled radical left wing loons who have hijacked the Democratic Party. Your Party is NOT the same party of John Kennedy and Franklin Roosevelt. Pay attention young people, do your own research...look behind the curtain.

It takes the brain dead GOP a second hurricane before they get the role of the government to protect the people. It takes a deadly terrorist attack before the incompetent GOP figures out that the role of government is to keep us safe. Are we going to keep learning the GOP (hard) way?

Reports are beginnng to come out about how the evacuees are being treated. And the news isn''''t good!

People may approve of his actions at the start of Gustav---that he didn''''t stay on vacation when it happened---like Katrina; but as they learn how the evacuees have been mistreated---the poll numbers will
change in a couple weeks! We''ll see!

HA! Mrs Palin has nullified her AIP stance for Secession due to her wearing the flag pin and carrying The Cross and putting her hand over her heart during the national anthem.

YES once again the American people are being duped, McSame campaign chooses a VP (not McSame) with he had one meeting, and they make her his choice. Alot of baggage, no experience in foreign or domestic affairs, but a woman. It is an insult to the American people to try and pass Sarah as Hillary, all we really know is that she is a first term governor of Alaska, she has five kids, one is a newborn and she is going to be a grandma and her husband works for BP oil. She will add NO value being in the White House. These problems we face are way too important for this latest political scam.

I hope that if I am ever caught in a hurricane while Republicons are in power that it will, at least, be an election year.
