I''m familiar with the Barbary Wars. They had NOTHING to do with Islamic Jihad. They were all about piracy - nothing more.

Pirates came from England, Portugal, Spain, France, Morocco, Algiers, etc, etc. Any nation that had a sea port, had a problem with pirates.

If what I''m interpreting this poll nationally with respect to Obama and Clinton, I am to believe that 43% of Americans, after 16 years of two presidents who have lied to them, are willing to have another president who consistently tells baldfaced lies, as Hillary did about her Bosnia trip ? NO WAY! I believe that this poll was conducted with bias aforethought.

I am quite aware of the trillions of dollars of debts America is in the hole. And just to put it in a perspective that even dummies can understand, here is an analogy: Take away taxes and take away interest. If you had one million dollars and spent one thousand dollars a day, it would take just over three years to spend it all. If you had one billion dollars under the same conditions and spent one thousand dollars a day, it would take over 3000 years to spend it. With one trillion dollars it would take over 300,000 years to spend it. So, yes, I agree, the national debt is problematic.

However, even though Clinton left a budget surplus, we still had national debt. Don''t demos remember that?
