- If we are in recession, and we are. This implies we are fiscally bankrupt and the Bush administration really cannot afford fighting a global war on terrorism. Congress needs to change, because our country needs a flat tax that helps the economy. I hope in 2012, we elect Mayor Bloomberg. He seems willing to lead this country into prosperity and
