I just heard on Air America that Ross Pirot, owner of the only privately owned copy of the Magna Carta, the 13th Century document which forced the English king to grant limited rights to his subjects and became the cornerstone of American democratic tradition, sold this priceless document to - wait for it - the Carlyle Group. That''s right, the Bush/Cheney/Saudi mega conglomerate that pulls all the strings and controls the world. HAHAHAHAHAHA - I guess they''re wiping their butts with it. See - our rights and freedoms do NOT come from God, they''ve been purchased by the blood of the oppressed. And in the end, the wealthy still win.

Hey, leave singinrick alone, he believes in things that can''t possibly be true, so he deserves our sympathy. Huckabee also believes things that can''t possibly be true and HE''S TRYING TO BE OUR PRESIDENT so he deserves our concerted opposition. This is NOT a Theocracy, and our freedoms do NOT come from God. Huckabee does not believe in evolution, one of the most basic concepts in science. He does not agree that apes and man have a common ancestor, another very basic scientific concept. Both concepts are strongly backed by by vast scientific evidence, yet Huckabee is building his political support by invoking mythology which has no science behind it whatsoever. We could laugh at this if science were not critical to America''s future energy and health needs. We cannot have a President who rejects scientific validity.

rick,

for your edification here is are polls I read. None of them are biased or slanted.

If you check them weekly, you can get a very realistic feel for America is thinking NOW. Huckabee does not poll well across America. It is possible he might do better later next year, but that is iffy at best.

The whole rep presidential campaign is very fluid and it is risky to make projections.

Singinrick is the kind of nutjob that would protest at a fallen soldiers funeral and yell "God killed your son because he hates ********" at the grieving family.

It''s amazing that they will vote for these people who destroy the country but give them their way on 3 issues. These so-called family values Republicans have proven time and time again to be totally corrupt but hey, if they hate *** and abortionists, then that''s good enough for most "Evangelicals".

Why bother with Huckabee bloggers, a homosexual Muslim caught on tape in the Minneapolis mens bathroom who is an active member of the Neo Conservative political sect of the GOP could get themselves elected before any Southern Baptist minister with a record like Huckabee.

Have you ever seen the SNL skit about the songwriter who writes about Choppin" Brocolli? I think it''s Dana Carvey. You should check it out. It''s really funny. He reminds me of you.

Seriously though, why is your head lopsided?
