Most Respondents Think GOP Leaders Knew About Foley's Explicit E-Mails
- So your grandma is covered by medicare but just has to pay more. Bummer. I pay 25% of my AGI on healthcare because I'm self employed but you know what I'll bet it's still cheaper than if we had a Natl. health care plan. Why can't people just pay for their own stuff. Why do you want the govt. to pay for it. It just costs us all more.

- My dear fellow Republicans,
We have ourselves to blame for why this has gotten out of hand. If we would just ignore the facts of this and every other scandal and stay on message everything will be just fine and we can preserve our one party system of nonrepresentative government. Why must you keep being reminded to read the manuel , "HOW TO BE A GOOD REPUBLICAN".
Ok here are todays talking points:
1) This is no big deal. You Dems are smearing a good man who just happens to really really like boys.
2) Those boys were "gay baiting" Foley. You know how teenage boys like to tease. Disgusting little brats!
3) Congress just changed the age of sexual consent for children to 1 month so where's the crime here?
4) Hastert said he didn't remember being told about this. So what if all of these other Republicans including members of his own staff say they told him. He's a busy man. Give him a break for the love of God!
5) La La La La La La 9/11 9/11/ 9/11 War on Terror....I see you talking but I can't hear you.....La La La...
6) The liberal media, Sorros, and Bill Clinton have come together to form a vast left wing conspiracy bent on bringing our good and righteous leaders down.
7) Cover up? What cover up? I don't see a cover up here. If it's covered up how can you see a cover up?
8) Be afraid be very afraid. 9/11 Terrorists 9/11!
Just stick to these and generaly blame everyone else and we'll weather this storm just fine. Remember, God's on our side. Praise the Lord. Amen. - Reply to this comment

- Neo-conservatives throw the liberal L-word around the same way they threw the N-word around when they were a bunch of dixiecrats. Rumsfeld was on the board of directors of the company that brought nu-cler rezctors to North Korea. The so-called neo-cons are only interested in their new world order of which Iraq is the shining example of their bloody efforts.
When I was in the Army-- and I was, which I doubt most of the chicken hawk posters here ever were, there was never a discussion of being a conservative or liberal. We just did our jobs. Now that we have a hired, paid to fight military instead of draft I can see why many of the folks who bought in might be upset about how their lives are being wasted. If there was still a military draft, there would be no war in Iraq. The nation's founding fathers warned strongly against a hired, paid professional standing army because they knew it would lead to abuse of power, and you know, they were right. When you hear someone like Reagan's secretary of state General Alexander Haig complaining about the neo-con vision of the world (moments ago live on MSNBC) how do you blame that on the liberals?
The liberals didn't lie our way in to Iraq. Bush Jr. evidently didn't read the 800-page study funded by his father that warned about invading and occupying Iraq, or maybe he did, but thinking he was chosen by God for the mission, went ahead anyway. - Reply to this comment
- Let's not even talk about school funding. It is a bottomless pit that will continue to gobble up every dime we throw at it until we dismantle the entire mess and start over.

- Health Care??? My 92 year old aunt now has to pay for her colostimy supplies,, Where is she going to go to work?? My mom has doctors turning her away. Our President cut funding for school violence & substance abuse programs,, our military needs actual funding. What good is these socalled honest republicans? Stuffing thier coffers with human trafficing, prostitution, & inhumane conditions they exploit with thier Pacific Islands Trade Pact.

- Everyone,
HuskerArmys ideas are not even his own, he plagerised them from the following site, check this out
http://www.brook.edu/GS/CPS/50ge/50greatest.htm
He left out agndas that had a conservative ring to them, like WELFARE REFORM!!!!
This is hilarious and it just proves our point, all Liberals can do is blame and call names, but when it comes to putting out their own ideas they fall woefully short - Reply to this comment
- I agree with all the environmental stuff but the Democrats have been so lame as to let the extreme radical left hijack the environmental movement and I hope the Republicans will catch a clue and welcome the REAL environmentalists into the party.

- Huskerarmy, You should be running for a Democratic seat. You've managed to articulate the platform better than any I've heard. But it's the same old stuff. There's nothing new in that playbook.

- HuskerArmy,
You forgot to give credit to where you cherry picked these ideas:
http://www.brook.edu/GS/CPS/50ge/50greatest.htm
You did not have these ideas sombod else did, shame on you, and you picked the ones that sound most like Liberal Agendas.
Goodness me! Proof of my point comes from the source! No IDEAS!!!!! - Reply to this comment
