When your claim to substantiate your excellence in body building technique is that you 'once lifted 600 pounds' you start to lose some credibility. Exactly how did he lift this weight--squatting, benching, shrugs? Maybe he picked up his deli order and the butcher accidentally moved the decimal point on his 60 lbs of chicken he apparently buys every week?

Also, it looks like he has librarian arms. You know, like the librarian at your elementary school all those years ago whose forearm seemed to be extruded out of the flabby mounds of sausage that hung from her shoulders.

Why would you anyone drink 3 gallons of water and 16 pounds of food every day? That's a total of around 41 pounds. Anyone with a calculator and access to wikipedia could tell you that mixing that intake with the amount of exercise he claims would probably put him at risk for hernias, kidney failure, and all sorts of medical problems.

It looks like he forgot to re-inject his right bicep before taking this picture, or maybe he over-injected his left one. I'm sure if you had enough pictures of him over a long enough time span, the differences in tissue bulge would become apparent, as synthetic oil injections are eventually absorbed into the body and need to be redone.

It's discouraging to see people reporting stories without asking themselves whether what they have presented as true passes any kind of logical analysis

I forgot to mention obesity:

4 calories per gram of carb or protein
453 grams in a pound
(16 pounds of carb and protein)*(453 g per lb)*(4 calories per gram)

= 28,992 calories a day

That's more than double Phelp's reported training diet. Super credible.

I benched-pressed 525 pounds of steel plates over and over during simple training. The secret is actual medications like dianabol, primobolan, or nandrolone. My arms are fairly average looking, but well-toned and defined. Please remember a classic line, "keep it simple, stupid (KISS)".

Anabolic steroids had nothing to do with it. 31 inch arms occur from use of simple surgeons' drug. Surgery medications could reduce or increase blood pressure to facilitate procedures. His arms are literally pumped from the drug and high impact exercise like barbells. Body Builders might take this medication to appear bigger during a contest.

OMG is the world this ignorant? That has nothing to do with steroids. THAT IS ALL BLACK OIL. SYNTHOL is what it is. They actually think they look good. This fcuking retard needs to be assassinated. Thanks for spreading fake crap about bodybuilding. This guy does not even lift or eat what he says he eats. People are so gullible to believe anything those days.

COuldnt agree with you more. The ignorance of the general population never ceases to amaze me. Especially when it pertains to "controversial" topics such as PODs.

And by the way, Milford is hardly "a suburb of Boston". Milford, MA is 40 miles from Boston, and nearly an hour's drive away.

Only in Milford....7 pounds of protein a day? We'll next read his heartfelt appeal for a kidney donor.
