So you are saying that the younger, less developed and less experienced gymnast from the US and other countries could defeat our best?

Other than "breaking the rules" I don''t really see what the problem is anyway, other than maybe 16 year old athletes are embarrassed to lose to a 14 year old. Most gymnast start training before they start school so my opinion is when they are good enough to win, then they are the best, period. No discrimination because of age.

Obviously you still believe in Santa Claus. During the Cold War Olympics, anything was "valid" if a soviet bloc country could get away with it.

Web evidence, once disclosed, has routinely been mysteriously and permanently removed by the Chinese government. One Chinese gymanst coach asserted in a media blitz that Westerners aren''t familiar with the difference in their gymnasts'' body appearance, as if to think we''re also a bunch of ignoramuses. The IOC knew of these concerns months before the games began but discounted them, but must now confront mounting technical evidence, which hasn''t been doctored pointing to the fact that the Chines Gymnastics'' team cheated and should be stripped of any medals they "won", regardless of the type. The Chinese believe that any means justifies their end, including deliberately and fraudulently cheating just to claim their superiority. The Chinese can''t disprove these suspicions, because they know that at least half of their "women''s" team were underage. Not only should the medals be removed, China''s Gymanstics'' teams, both male and female should be barred from competition from any competitive events, Olympics or World. Communists can''t be trusted to be truthful, since that''s something that has been bred out of their moral being.

Look at those girls carefully! The required age is 16?
Does anybody else REALLY think most of those girls are 16?!
I DON''T THINK SO!
Geez, look at them! A couple of them don''t look like they''re 12 yet---little a lone 16! That''s preposterous!
China is cheating big time!
The records are forged. Trot the parents or phony parents out and they''ll say whatever the Chinese govt told them to say!
Real story: Women''s Gymnastics Faked at 2008 Games!

I would think they would want to disprove these allegations as quickly as possible. Why don''t they just prove the girls are 16 - unless they aren''t.
