The above copy and paste is the reason he did not have a firearm to defend himself, it was probably confiscated at that time. Whoever shot and killed him knew this.

Wow what a real tragedy. This young man may have made mitakes in his past. But from all accounts he was changing. Why would some one of celebrity status not have personal protection after the first incident that occured. Thank God the child was not harmed the girlfriend im still kinda iffyyy about.My prayers go out to the family.......

RGARDLESS of alot of things he was a Man and No Man should be shot in his Own Home. Home invasions are up and I went and bought a 9 MIl for protection last week so for the second time in 30 years I am now armed and carrying and any fool stupid enough to come in my home uninvited needs to be ready to meet his Maker swiftly for I wont stop to ask who''s there or say Get out. They simply will be dead.
