- Quit calling them immigrants! Call them criminal trespassers, illegal aliens, invaders, thieves, etc. They are NOT immigrants!!! They are lawbreakers who live outside the law. Period. They have no valid ID, no birth certificate, no school records, no dental records, no professional licenses, fingerprints, DNA, etc. They are literally strangers that have no personal history or connection to this country whatsoever. They can do whatever they wish, then disappear back to their home country if they do something bad here. It's ridiculous. As far as how to afford deporting 11 million people, let's charge the government of their home country $1000 per head for deportation processing. If that doesn't cover it, charge the actual cost. Why should I pay to remove pests from my home if my neighbor is the one breeding them and throwing them over my fence? If I can seek relief in a court of law, then the U.S. should be able to seek relief in international courts.

J.D. Hayworth is correct SB1070 allows police to do their job of enforcing the law. Whereas, J.D. Hayworth has been steadfast and honest saying hhis e has past and present is to enforce the immigration laws and to stop Amnesty and to protect the legal American taxpayer. - Reply to this comment
- Rep. Gutierrezz needs to be removed from Congress. Reason 1: He is a Congressman that makes the laws, if he has a problem with the way the laws read, CHANGE THEM. Reason 2: He swore an oath to uphold and protect the Constitution of the USA and that includes the CITIZENS of the USA not the invaders that infiltrate our borders. The T shirt he was wearing said "Arrest me not my friends" and he is protesting a law that mimics the Federal law on immigration. He is in direct violation of his oath to office. Therefore, he no longer can serve his constituents honestly. He obviously has more concern for persons breaking our laws!!!!

- If the American children of illegals also have, or can get, citizenship in the countries of their parents' birth, can't their parents take them home with them? The kids can then return to the US when they reach 18.

and seal the Mexican border , keeping illegals
from crossing the border with illegal drugs.
How will this help the drug dealers ?

- JD Hayworth lies, they have arrested people who are here legally with documents but ignored what they had to say and still arrested them. They say they arrested 100 and 75 were supposenly undocuments but do not show the proff. There was this girl arrested who had proff and still they took her in without looking at what she had. That is a law suite. The person that kill a man that live my the border was propebly a neighbor but they blam a border crosser and are not investing the situation they said the persom went back accross the border. Hayworth is White and just like most of the gov in Arizona and don't know what we have to go through. We need help to investegate the Gov. in AZ. Some of the Gov here in AZ are always taking each other to court to suet each other. What kind of a Gov is that? They run the Gov. just like everything else and don't know what there doing. Please help the latino cammunity.

- Gutierrezz needs to be RETIRED. He wants America to put 12 million ILLEGALS on Social Security as stated on Face the NATION. He is not following the constitution and failing to uphold his oath of office.
