John decries skepticism and then says "I am skeptical?" John bemoans sarcasm on the Court and then quotes LBJ's "county sheriff" retort? And now John is becoming a quitter just like his loser running mate. I knew he was spending too much time in her company.

Most of the United States Supreme Court is just like my state's Supreme Court is bought and paid for by manufacturing associations.

Conservatism and Liberalism (not everyone, just the ideoligists) often ignores little things like 'facts', for the sake of principle. But high principles (an offensive term) are what you make them, once you make label them high you say can then say your better than everyone else.

Stop listening to the wackos and get something done.

Americans will never learn they continue down the path of self destruction.

The founding fathers are rolling over in there graves.

Maybe it is time to look at how the courts are picked!

It is evermore evident that America's God is none other than money! Everything under the sun in America is for sale evermore in as much as its sovereignty as the true nation it was created for, has long been given away to Socialism/Communism plus the most abusive and
far-reaching Militaristic Empire. Yes, the Republican Party likes to use the words smaller government but over many decades, has always gone along with all the above evils and actually led out in adding more to it but calling it Capitalism. Yes, that nest in Washington I like to refer to it as a pig pen, that feeds evermore like pigs upon the American taxpayer. That "human" pen often uses the word pork, hence my illustration. Yes, while the true National Debt is now way over $100 trillion, but never truly told the average American. Good luck America on your way to the gallows you are creating for yourself.
Just keep shooting the world to pieces as the Founding Fathers weep bitterly in their graves. America's betrayal of them is absolute; nothing remains of what they handed to America! Overgrown military establishments are under any form of goverment inauspicious to liberty and are to be regarded as particularly hostile to Republican liberty". By George Washington. "No pecuniary consideration is more urgent than the regular redemption and discharge of the public debt: on none can delay be more injurious or an economy of time more valuable". By George Washington. "The principle of spending money to be paid by posterity, in the name of funding, is but swindling futurity on a large scale". By Thomas Jefferson. So, I ask what did I miss in my comment? Speaking as a legal immigrant of now going on 54 years and having joined the Republican party as a staunch conservative, I did vote for Ron Paul, in as much as he is basically the only man there in that pen that remains sort of like the Rock of Gibraltar in defense of the US Constitution. By the way, McCain is just the opposite of Ron Paul. In closing and once again the following coined by myself, as the USA borders basically do not exist anymore and neither the laws of immigration: 9/11 made in America, by America, for America in the shop of complete and absolute lawlessness/anarchy with the Commander in Chief its foreman. And yes, while another nation of millions of illegals just walked in and now its language is treated equal to Englihs anywhere one looks. Maybe soon even the traffic signs in two languages. America is now a fully two headed monster! And yes, the more it seems to be enjoyed by America! Why not also german, russian, portuguese, etc., etc., etc.?

Corporations wholly own 2 pieces of the governmental pie: judicial and legislative.
Corporations own many parts of the executive: witness recent news regarding EPA, FDA, FCC, SEC, etc. actions and lack of actions.
If you think you have less than 20 years left on this earth, you are the "lucky" ones. The more years you have left, the more time you have to witness the essential destruction of the "pursuit of happiness" and segregation of America into those who had something once and those who took it away.

Now, foreigner investors will be making laws in the U. S. via their stock holdings. Sheik Abdul dula dula Sandman from Saudi Arabia will pour in $$ hand over fist to the ExxonMobils of this country's lobbyists and will pay off their favorite politician and will run our country to benefit theirs. Welcome to the United CORPORATE States of America. If this was the 1770s and this was going on, the Revolution would already have started. Too many 'sheeple' here now watching "American Idol' or some other dumb A$$ reality show to realize the real reality.

Its quite humorous that Sen. McCain decries Supreme Court Justices ruling on politics even though they have no political experience. Its kind of like politicians passing laws governing the middle class even though they have no idea what its like to have to work to work for a living.

Perhaps laws making it a felony for the politicians to accept money from corporate donors would prevent Sen McCain's sleepless nights. Although, it might be more difficult to write loopholes into that.

Free speech was only ever intended for individuals, not corporations. Corporations are not people and they need to be diminished in their political power.
