- Ryan's convention speech was great, because it was his introduction to the nation and he exposed himself as a sleazy little snake-oil salesman. He also recently got busted trying to take credit for being an elite marathon runner and mountain climber.

- Ryan is full of it. Obama ended the war in Iraq and is ending the one in Afghan. Obama established the principle that the USA was no longer the world's policeman and Ryan wants to reinsate that. If Romney/Ryan are elected in 11/2012, we can look forward to another war using the same limited pool of troops and massive borrowings to finance them.

- this is unbelievable...this idiot says increasing defense spending by 2 trillion and creating 5 trillion in tax cuts for the wealthy will decrease the deficit...that's a 7 trillion increase in spending, and they still will not expose the details of their plan, the deceit and spinning are second to no one...he can't even add, and he's says he's qualified for foreign policy!?...these guys are ******* nuts...more bush policy ******** that has been proven to not work...unbelievable...lol

- By all mean, Mr. Ryan ran away from Simpson Bowles plan during the debt ceiling negotiation.
Paul Ryan tax plan:
1. Extend the Bush tax cut = 5 Trillion dollars
2. New tax (eliminate capital gain, etc.) = 5 trillion dollars
3. Raise tax on working poor & middle class
4. Cut tax on millionaires & billionaires like Romney
He plans to cut 60% of working poor and middle class programs, in order to pay for 10 trillion tax cut, but he's still running on several trillion in deficits.
Still, Ryan would take 30 years to get to a balanced budget. Do it in 5 years and maybe we'll take Ryan seriously. - Reply to this comment
