These comments from Newt raise the question, "Do Republicans believe in anything other than power and wealth?"

Breathes there the man with soul so dead
Who never to himself hath said,
This is my own, my native land!
Whose heart hath ne'er within him burned,
As home his footsteps he hath turned
From wandering on a foreign strand!
If such there breathe, go, mark him well;
For him no minstrel raptures swell;
High though his titles, proud his name,
Boundless his wealth as wish can claim
Despite those titles, power, and pelf,
The wretch, concentred all in self,
Living, shall forfeit fair renown,
And, doubly dying, shall go down
To the vile dust from whence he sprung,
Unwept, unhonored , and unsung.

If the Ryan plan was right wing social engineering as Newt stated during the beginning of the Republican primaries, nothing has changed, it's still right wing social engineering today. Newt is a bought and paid for politician who must say and do what the wealthy billionaires that control the purse strings for the Republican party orders him to do.

["because you now have a national leader who is capable of talking in detail with the American people about some very complicated topics."]
------------------------------------------------
now all you need is an electorate that wants to ... or is capable of ... understanding a complicated topic.

Admit it Newt. You're just a political horse.....

...only without the 's' and with a 'w' at the beginning.

Gingrich is just looking out for his pocketbook. At the GOP Convention, he has contracted to put on several political seminars. He did not get the gig on talent. If he actually said in public what he says in private, he would not have gotten the business. Further, if he does not support the ticket 100%, he is out of a lot of business. Every program that has him on, for honesty's sake, should also put on a disclaimer that Gingrich is being paid to say what he is now saying.

Newt "I'm still up to my @ss in debt" Gingrich is like that ant colony way out in your yard somewhere.

You can't kill 'em and they never stop trying to find a pinhole way to get into your house for the table scraps.

Wow. the flip-flopping i've seen amongst the Repubs this year has hit an all time high!
What an imbecile! And he's parroting the lies of Camp Romney--Twisting the words and actions of Senator Wyden. See for yourself:
