- Mitt Romney has never had any bold ideas. He has been throwing everything you will find in a dumpster at Obama indiscriminately - just to make him looking like a disposable garbage dump opponent. The only thing Romney has not thrown at Obama yet is his kitchen sink.
I suggest, therefore, that Romney hire the infamous "Joe the Plumber" from Ohio to disconnect his sink, and then select him as Vice Presidential mate afterward. That is the only bold idea that can beat Obama!

- Mr Walker is incorrect: Mr. Romney does have a bold plan; he is going to take us into a minimum of two wars (Iran and Cuba) and he is going to do it while cutting taxes at the same time.
And that will result in a balanced budget.
Gee, I wonder why we never tried that before? - Reply to this comment
- Bold? Like telling their gray haired constituents that they really are going to mess with their Medicare?

- Wow - seldom have I seen such obvious bias in reporting a simple headline. Walker's quote was concise and clear: "I don't THINK we win if it's JUST about a referendum on Barack Obama." In the hands of a biased reporter this became: "GOP CAN'T win a referendum on Obama." Everything I've heard about CBS appears true; their reporters and their editors make no pretense at reporting the truth. CBS has morphed into a PR arm of the Democratic National Committee. It's a shame, because in my youth, CBS stood for journalistic integrity.

- While I do not like what he has done in Wisconsin, I have to admire his candor.
Pretty rare stuff for a politician in an election year. - Reply to this comment

- Walker's right-big government isn't teachers, police and firefighters. They, along with "it's for our children", are just the rallying cry that politicians use when they want to raise taxes. If all the tax revenue that was raised "for teachers, police, and firefighters" actually went to these organizations, we'd be up to our ears in teachers, police and firefighters.
It's just the old "bait and switch"-After all, in this economy who's going to vote for more welfare, social programs, and government giveaways? - Reply to this comment
- The Democrats didn't win much in the recalls, but the Republicans suffered a huge loss when one of the State Senate seats flipped to the Dems, turning control to them.
The state GOP planned on turning Wisconsin into a Right To Work For Less And No Benefits state, and said as much to his tax-dodging billionaire buddy from Beloit, Diane Hendricks.

- When I see his name, I can only think of his record on independent political sites that do go after everybody. Such as politifact:
