Maybe it's just my perception of the man but that picture of him as, I think a preteen. Doesn't it look like he has a smirk on his face?

Mr Wallace worked hard and could hold his head up for that.

One of the few, if not the greatest journalists of all time. In reading of his passing, the images ran through my mind, Interviewing St. Peter and testing the pearly gates to see if they were real. Perhaps asking God himself, "tell me Lord, why did you make such a stupid creature as 'Man'?"

Mike Wallace was a great journalist, one that "journalists" today would do well to emulate. We trusted Mr. Wallace so we invited him into our living rooms every Sunday. That's the highest praise a journalist can aspire to.

One of the best newsmen in recent history. I've watched so many great news reports by Mike on the "60 Minutes". I'll miss you. RIP.

RIP from this long journey. One of my favorite reporters. In a few years all the good ones will be gone, and reporting will be lies cooked-up by Producers.

After 35 years in broadcast news I ache for the style and presentation, even subject-matter that was embraced by Mike Wallace. We could certainly use it in the news business today. Rest in Peace, Mike...we'll surely miss out...
