It just shows how much you Repubs rely on the polls, nobody I know takes polls. Polls are not reliable, they probably got those quotas from about 50, maybe 100 people. Give us a break. What''s going to count are votes, until then those polls mean absolutely nothing.

Mccain USED to go his own way and think for himself. Those days are over. He is getting cozy with the same people that bush is and his standards have gone out the window. Obama is a brilliant man and will get us on a path to right all the wrongs the last 8 years of repugnants have give us. Vote Obama - no question!

Lets see about change...
McCain has always worked his own ideas whatever they have been or whoever they offended. Palin has been responsible for shaking things up in Alaska and fighting corruption.
Obama has done NOTHING of importance and is a product of Chicago''s corrupt politcal slime machine. Biden
couldn''t be anymore of an old school Washington backroom good ole boy if he tried. Oh yes, big change comin'' there.

Run it into the ground you mean? The investigations are just starting.

Don''t get me wrong, I think both parties are crooked as a question mark.

But it just wouldn''t make any sense to vote for 4 more years of the McSame we''ve already endured.

The country just can''t afford any more of the failed policies Rep''s offer.

At this point I''d vote for mickey mouse if I thought it would stop the wholesale slaughter going on in the wars for oil and military industrial profits at the expense of a million dead humans.

McCain = Bush = more genocide.

Not if I can help it.

i take it you didn''''t like what you heard ... so, of course, you blame the messenger?

so ... what''''s the truth?

I blame the messenger after I took 2 minutes to find the transcript of the whole interview. I din''t like what I read compared to what I saw. I would think Gibson and the rest have pulled it by now. Just like
Snufalopigus pulling his interview with McCain off
the web after it was obvious he cropped it for his own agenda. It''s sad how stupid the press thinks we are...and how some of us really are.

"There shouldn''t be a double standard," Swift said. "We shouldn''t ask of her questions about her ability to do the job that we wouldn''t ask a guy in a similar circumstance."

Who''s saying we shouldn''t ask both sexes these questions? I support vigorous questioning of all candidates. The answer is not back off palin. The media needs to ramp it up a notch on the others!

OTOH, there''s much more info available on the others, so that may be redundant. Say how McCain voted on something is not "news" it is "olds." Anything we can learn about Palin is news.

If anyone wants to back Obama/Biden into a corner and ask tough questions, GO FOR IT! Don''t hold back. But for chrissakes, don''t back off on Palin out of politeness!

[Charlie Gibson interview? What a manipulated cropped and edited peice of *** that was. The transcript is nothing like what was aired. Gibson is just one more lying self-serving hack spewing his own biles rather than reporting the news and truth.]

One could fully expect Palin to gracefully withdraw now that she''s exposed as knowing little about running the neighborhood lemonade stand much less the country.

We simply cannot afford to be so irresponsible as to put the hockey mom a step away from the big chair.

I''d expect McSame in the years to come to continue mumbling to himself, "what was I thinking?"

make Joseph Goebbels and his whole crew look like amatuers...and America is now an Entertainment Tonight

Our Founding Fathers were the best the brightest, the most well educated. Since when is being smart, or as the republicans say, elite, a detriment? Get a clue. Go have a beer with some script reading local politician in your town. When I go to bed at night I feel much better thinking the president is smarter than me, and that he is a bit busy to belly up to the bar with me.

Strike One: 2000 Republicans-America declines

Strike Two: 2004 Republicans-America declines..still in grave danger since we ignored THOSE who attacked us in 9/11 by fighting a STUPID war in IRAQ which costed us billions of dollars and 4500 dead soldiers. We lost some of our constitutional rights from Bush and the Republicans when they had the majority in favor of security and we have neither. Our economy is in ruins now thanks to you GOP losers and The "for sale" sign is on America. I guess since you Republicans don''''''''t believe in helping your fellow Americans you wont mind having the North America Union, something big coporations would love. Kiss the constitution good bye, I guess like Bush would say, "It''''''''s just a piece of paper".

Let''''''''''''''''s not go for Strike three...it could be our last.

After a decade of endless lies and corruption from Republicans, I''m not going to trust them as far as I can spit.

McCain is using Palin as a tool to exploit women.

Democrats get my vote....I decided this years ago.

OK, here''s the deal- in language as simple and irrefutable as I can make it:

If you are happy with the way things are in America right now, vote for the people who made it that way.

If you think we are on a disastrous path and want things to improve, vote for the people who will honestly try to bring about those improvements.

It''s really very simple, but as we have proven in the past, so are we...

All the rest is noise.
