I worked in the govt and know what they can and have done. They are capable of anything. That is why it is necessary for the people to regain control of the govt. We only get to vote who they let us vote for. I love my coutry and do not want to see it destroyed by a civil war. If something isn''t done soon i think it will be too late.

I am sure you noticed in his comments he was talking down to you like he would a lap dog. Very common for men who have no self respect or respect for others.

I''ll let it go, people that are free to express their opinion good and bad have to be getting some therapy from it, it helped me take my mind off medical issues with my son. As you can probably tell, I''m new to this site and fresh meat to slice and dice.

It''s got to be Obama. His diplomatic skills and his reality orientation have already been recognized by leaders around the world. McCain, on the other hand, is seen as an old warrior who, while respected for his prisoner of war status, struggles with new paradigms and has great difficulty talking about anything except "winning" and "honor", which we all know translates into protecting American economic interest around the globe. Like Bush, McCain has become a prisoner of Neocon ideology; he''s trapped and so are we if we vote for him.

patriot12436, that is reasonable and a goal to strive for. My friend at the gym is similar to you, dislikes the Bush Admin. and is well traveled. I drive him crazy, but we are good pals and talk about a variety of subjects. So we can agree to disagree and still be civil. I''m not sure based on the posts here that many can do this. I voted for Bush twice and would agree to mistakes made, but to compare him to evil dictators is just too much for me. Hopefully, terrorist''s don''t hit here again because that will diminish any hope of concentrating on the betterment of the USA.

I didn''t see a further response from you so i hope my response satisfied your question. I have no quarrel with you even though i do not support obama. I think the only questions that are dumb are the ones not asked.

It is hopeless to try to teach someone who will not learn. I find everyday life to be a lesson in life and thigs do change. Now i am hoping we can change them for the better. We have failed so many times for so long.

I think bush is a total failure an i hope we try him for war crimes. My main concern is for America and to get us back to beling what other countries dream of having. This election like in the past leaves us looking for not the best man for the job, but the lesser of two evils. I travel extensively. I like to learn about other countries and wht their opinion is of America. It has been totally one concept. Other countries say we should stop invading other countries and quit trying to be the world police. I think they are right. We have tried war so often and it does not work, why not try sittig down and discussing our differneces with other countries and at least agree to disagree.

You cannot reason with these terrorists that come on these blogs, who spiel their hatred of America.Who cares what they think, they do not even live in this country much less can vote in our democracy. I think they are jealous of what we have. Ignore the fools. When you do not respond to their jiberish they will go away.

Yeh, I know. It just felt good to work them over and get em salivating their hatred some more. I may seem misguided by some, but this is not due to our President or anything he has said. So many people believe you goose-step with GW if you supported the removal of Saddam. There are many things that have made me cringe during the Bush years, but to run a campaign of hate against our President which indirectly hurts our men and women in war zones bother''s me alot. Keep the campaigning within our borders and leave a war-time military out of it seems the right thing to do.

There is a book written by Lindsey Williams, a minister who worked for the oil companies on the Alaskan pipeline. It has a lot of information about who is actually controlling everything, the oil crisis, and about Iraq, and Saudia Arabia. Regardless of who you want to win the election i would reccommend this for reading.

I did vote for bush both times, a mistake i clearly regret now. I do not trust obama and will not support him. I do not want mccain as he wants to continue the war in Iraq. I am hoping we get a third party cqandidate in office who will do what is best for the American people. I do not care if Iraq gets democracy or not, they should have ben left to settle their own affairs. I think our govt needs to start addressing the problems at home and quit worrying about what the rest of the world does.

I take no offense at your coments. I was born and raised in the U.S. I served in the militasry for 20 years and also 15 in law enforcement. I obtain my information from working with the government and from others who also worked for the government. This is how i form my opinions. It may sound like science fiction, but our government is like the tip of the iceberg, you only see a small percentage of it. I also had very knowledgeable professors in college who taught a lot about our history that isn''t taught in curiculum in our classes thru high school.

The only one wrong regarding the Middle East is Bush, McSame and their advisers. The war in Iraq should not have been fought. All it did was divert precious resources and manpower away from the correct battlefield, i.e., Afghanistan and the tribal regions of Pakistan. Now, that violence is decreasing in Iraq, the Prime Minister has signaled his support for Obama''''s plan to withdraw troops from that country. These troops can then be sent to Afghanistan, and into the Pakistani Tribal Regions, if that is what it takes to kill Osama Bin Laden and his followers. Like Obama, I don''''t think Pakistan would mind, if we wipe out the terrorist organizations in the tribal regions, which also threaten the stability of the Pakistani Government. Bush was wrong in 2002 and Bush is still wrong. No matter what happens in Iraq, it will go down in history as the greatest strategic blunder ever made by any President of the United States. Oh, by the way, someone should tell McSame that Pakistan and Iraq DO NOT SHARE A BORDER. The prattling old fool exposes his well-known ignorance of foreign policy, when he makes such uninformed statements.

OBAMA CALLS Fighting terrorist and ousting Sadamn a DUMB WAR.

Obama told the anti-war rally that day, "I don''t oppose all wars. I know that in this crowd today, there is no shortage of patriots, or of patriotism. What I am opposed to is a dumb war."

The speech, delivered five-and-a-half years ago, allows Obama, now the junior senator from Illinois, to say something that his rival for the Democratic nomination, New York Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-NY), cannot: that he never supported the war. At the time of the speech, the U.S. Senate had not yet given President Bush authorization to use military force to topple Saddam Hussein

Can you tell me how we put Sadamm in power. And what was it that Sadam stop doing. Your Living in a delusional world. Where are you getting your information from the Mosque.

Serbia just arrested their ex president for war crimes. I think they have made a good example for us to follow. Everyone wants to talk about how evil Saddaam was. Yes he was evil but we are the ones who put him in power. We took him out when he quit doing whar we told him to do. Our government is playing some very sick games.
