BagdadsHere2...Your writing style indicates that you are either from the middle east or you have a terrible command of the english language. Which is it? Just curious.

Here are some choice statements from John McSame about how easy the fighting would be in Iraq before we launched Operation Iraqi blunder. They speak for themselves. This guy is clueless...

From 2002..."in 1991 there were some very well informed strategists and tacticians who said that there would be thousands of body bags, I did not believe it at the time. It''s clear that Saddam Hussein is much weaker than he was in 1991. Look, we''re going to send young men and women into harm''s way and that is always a great danger, but I can''t believe there is an Iraqi soldier who will be willing to die for Saddam Hussein, particularly since he will know that our objective is to remove Saddam Hussein from power. [snip] I don''t believe it''s going to be nearly the size and scope that it was in 1991."

And McSame on what a cakewalk the occupation of Iraq would be...

From Hardball with Chris Mathews, 2003..

"MATTHEWS: Are you one of those who holds up an optimistic view of the post-war scene? Do you believe that the people of Iraq or at least a large number of them will treat us as liberators?

MCCAIN: Absolutely. Absolutely.

MATTHEWS: And you think the Arab world will come to a grudging recognition that what we did was necessary? I mean by that the modern Arab leaders, the people
that we have to deal with.

MCCAIN: Not only that, they''ll be relieved that he''s not in the neighborhood because he has invaded his neighbors on several occasions.

Very easily...

At this time in history we don''''t know where our country stands in the world. Pulling out of Iraq could throw us further into dishonor than we are now.
Especially if we do it precipitiously.

And like I said...I would trust either HIllary Clinton or John McCain with the knowledge and experience and the grit to protect this country if need be.

Obama...again, I wouldn''''t trust him as snake catcher...I cannot trust him to defend or use the great might of this country.

Our economic situation will eventually cycle itself...especially if we get a balanced government.

We''''ve just been through 8 years of the extreme right...loading the government to the extreme extreme left is a DISASTER waiting to happen.

Who ever said anything about a precipitous withdrawal. I think that is what Obama''s press conference was about the other day. 16 months is hardly precipitous.

And what about McCain''s ideas on attacking Iran and giving Israel our unquestioning support. That will bring more war.

And maybe most inportant, especially for someone who disagreed witht he FISA bill, what about the Supreme Court. Can we handle more Scalia''s and Thomas''? They beleive government power has no bounds!

Rowdy won''t vote for a black - period. If a black Thomas Jefferson was running today against Hitler, she would vote for Hitler, based PURELY on skin color.

And she would create ALL KINDS of lies and smears to make sure "blackie" didn''t win.

Right Rowdy?

Yes, there sure isn''''t any thought put into thier positions. It''''s the classic Karl Rove stick your head up your a/s/s position. Coming here helps confim that I am voting for the right person. If these fools support McCain, then I am surely on the right track supporting Obama.

Hey hungry, AHMADINEJAD doesnt give a shiite for diplomacy, he said the west can stick its incentives package into its asss. He"s determined to have nuclear bombs unless Israel does something quickly.
