Bob Schieffer Says, Even In Losing, Hillary Clinton Showed Us Her Best

I feel the same way, but given that the votes were so close shows that that wasn''t as much of a negative and that she had more positives that we Barack supporters would tend to think.
Also, if we Barack supporters stay in competition mode and only focus on Hillary''s negatives and not mention her positives, I figure Hillary''s supporters''ll do the same . . .
Then again, maybe the responsibility lies more with Hillary and Barack? Like for them to only say nice things about each other but not be seen in public together sends mixed messages, doesn''t it?
I''m so curious about what''s going on behind the scenes - do you think they''re meeting on a regular basis? I''ll bet they''re not . . . - Reply to this comment
- The speech was a big start towards unifying the party, but where do we go from here?
A lot''s been said . . . all that stuff about McCain having passed the Commander in Chief test while all Barack did was give a speech, the 3am phone call, Hillary''s insurance and gas tax plans touted as evidence that she''s more in touch with the blue-collar worker, HER 18mil votes. Is she morally obligated to repeal those sentiments given that that she lost? And even if she is does the party even have the ability to pressure her into doing it? If not is this something that Barack''s going to be able to write off or is he going to have to offer her more?
I feel like Hillary''s speech has raised more questions than answers . . . - Reply to this comment
