- Congress needs to be suspicious of any redeployment or withdrawal option overseen by this Commander in Chief, he is a very poor judge of talent and dose not follow through, never accountable to the people of America. I frankly do not trust him to bring our troops home safely nor to minimize the aftermath and harm to Iraq during such an action.
Which would have the higher toll pull out under Bush incompetence or under a New capable President, our troops and the Iraqi people lives should come first in all this? - Reply to this comment
- While Edwards tells us his most recentplan to continue the war for another year and a half, it should be noted that a true and decent American has passed from this earth--Aaron Russo...founder of the Constitution Party, contender for the Libertarian nomination in the last election...producer and promoter....He produced TRADING PLACES with Eddie Murphy and Dan Akroyd...His political masterpiece FROM FREEDOM TO FASCISM, proves that there is no law requiring Americans to file an income tax return.
Despite all of the pleas for the IRS to produce the law--they do not...they cannot.

- EDWARDS needs to DEMAND an IMMEDIATE WITHDRAWL. If you feel powerful enough to run for President, you should have the guts and resolve to be howling the LOUDEST for justice. Secondly, yes folks we CAN leave Iraq. What''s going to happen will happen ANYWAY. The difference is OUR SOLDIERS WILL BE DYING ALONG SIDE OF EVERYONE ELSE! GET THEM OUT NOW! Bush has destablized a lot of things since he crawled into the White House. We cannot fix everything he has done. OUT OF IRAQ NOW!!!!!

- We need to get out of Iraq now, completely and without hesitation. With the amount of money we are spending to fund the war we can easily protect our borders so that the phantom terrorists Bush has been screaming about can''t come to America. Let Iraq slug it out until someone wins the civil war and then let them form a government and get on with life. We cannot cure their problem. John Edwards is a brave man for speaking the truth. John Edwards should be our next president.
