So, we are to assume that instant, anonymous communication from any part of the world would have been anticipated by the founders, and must be covered explicitly by the constitution. Otherwise, I suppose, the constitution must be amended before we defend ourselves. Somehow, I don't really think so.

Communication coming into this country from suspected terrorists must be monitored. There is little disagreement on this, and none at the institutional level. Not even among Democrats in congress; oh, there's the odd one, but you won't hear the party as a whole claiming anything like that. That's the salient point. Yet, not one attempt has been made to dispute this on this forum. I have encountered name calling, the 'liar, liar' argument, disingenuous misdirection, and denial. Honest disagreement accompanied by cogent arguments? No.

Oh I question quite a bit. However, my advantage while reading your rants is that I've watched all the testimony... all of it.

Now the real issue, again, is how any reasonable person could think he has not lied, and thus committed a crime. And can that be fixed?

But the thing that really warms my heart, is that anyone who cares to can go onto youtube and see most of the testimony.

And that's my lobby... everyone please watch the testimony for yourself- not the news reports about it.... but the raw footage. Don't take my word for it. Go check it yourself.

That exercise, Sir, reduces your rantings to simple misdirection.

The man is a criminal. It's not left, right, or anything. It's apparent in the testimony.

RandalDS:

You appear not to have read the 'rules of engagement':

There%u2019s legal language nearby. Here's the plain English: no libel, slander, no lying, no fabricating, no swearing at all, no words that teenagers use a lot that some people think aren't swearing but we do, no insulting groups or individuals, no ethnic slurs and/or epithets, no religious bigotry, no threats of any kind, no bathroom humor, no comparing anyone to Hitler, Stalin or Pol Pot. We expect heated, robust debate, but comments should be polite and civil. We consider this to be public space so behave and write accordingly.

Since you have not responded to a single point, have not pointed out a concrete fact, and have resulted to insults alone, I assume you don't really have anything to say.

Regarding who and what I am, you have no idea. Regarding who and what you are, you have given ample evidence.

"You are a tough nut to crack. Seems nothing penetrates, which leads me to believe you are a rock. Thick, dense and inanimate. War authorization. Ring a bell. Seems all of Congress supported it. Although the Dems will say they were mislead.

...all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

War authorization ? No. Violating international treaties (and so the constitution) ? Yes

What a self service load of crapola that is. Fact is, anyone who support your lies, which call america a dictatorship, are about as dumb as rocks.

DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE FACTS WHEN YOU SEE THEM?

Bush was elected to office, he is not a dictator. Your activities undermine the Office of the President of the United States, and support, and aid, out enemies, whom are one and the same terrorist's who attacked this nation already, multiple times. Your web site has "nothing" of substance, its "nothing" but propoganda.
