Many present members of this administration seem to have extensive trouble remembering key events in their jobs, but it is interesting that so many ex-administration employees and non-administration people that have been interviewed over the years have recollections that constitute a fairly clear and consistent version of reality that squares with the Downing Street memo and other historical records. This could be one reason this administration has been so heck-bent on keeping secrets from the voters.

If Rice didn't know what to hit in Afghanistan pre-Sept. 11 it's because she refused to meet with and find out from Richard Clarke.

We know that some of the hijackers weren't in place prior to August. Tenet was warning her in July. Clarke was warning her even earlier.

The President's Briefing titled "Bin Laden determined To Attack America With Planes" was prepared for the President prior to all of the hijackers being in place.

It's amazing how quickly some people will still eat up her patented and now infamous bald face lies.

Indeed he is.

The original "Poseidon Adventure" was just fine. Why Dubya insisted on a remake of that classic film, when he had better things to do (like fashioning "Gulf War II, the Sequel") is a mystery to film critics.

If I had any dealings with the chimps inner circle the first thing I would do is put the tape recorder on the table, and turn it on.

ToolMangler,

Do you think that we should interview these guys, ask them why they are still alive, and where Osama is?
