- In an interview with Laura Haim on Canal Plus, a French television station, Mr. Obama noted that the United States also could be considered as ?one of the largest Muslim countries in the world.? He sought to downplay the expectations of the speech, but he said he hoped the address would raise awareness about Muslims.

- Thanks to the Obama "transparent" Administration, he is driving over 20,000 Delphi Salaried Retirees to poverty. His administration has singled out a group of hard working former (salaried) GM/Delphi employees to be unjustly denied their promised health care and pension benefits (by turning their pensions over to the PBGC); many of these retirees have lost upto 70% of their pensions, putting them into poverty status. At the same time, the Obama Administration has allowed the UAW retirees to be made whole on their pensions; even the UAW has acknowledged that the salaried retirees should be fairly treated, to be treated the same as the hourly retirees, and have their pensions made whole.
This travesty has been going on since the Obama Administration, through its Auto Task Force, inserted itself into the GM bankruptcy proceedings last year.
Congressional committees and individual congressmen have requested that the US Treasury, the Auto Task Force and Tim Geitner explain their actions, explain why one group is singled out to be unjustly treated; this "transparent" administration has ignored these requests and continues to NOT provide an explanation or justification for their actions.
All that is being asked by the salaried retirees is to be treated fairly, to receive the pensions that have been promised, to be rewarded for the 30 plus years of service to GM/Delphi; to ask that the GM/Delphi be held to those promises, and not only to a select group. - Reply to this comment
- A GRADE OF "F" FOR OBAMA. Even my dog knows Obama is the worst President in America's history, lets list some reasons.
1. Obama has bribed Senator's and House members in multi-million dollar deals to vote for his agenda when they knew it was bad for the Country.
2. Obama has bribed Senator's and House member to fix elections and was involved in selling his Senate seat in Chicago.
3. Obama said he was a Christian but turns out he is a Muslim, he hid the fact or he would have lost the election.
4. Obama's father was a Communist, like father like son, Obama is a Marxist communist who hid this from the public or he would not have been elected.
5. Obama has divided America by Race and divided the country's people, the Country is more divided than any time since the Civil War.
6. Obama promise transparency but his first act was to make a Billion dollar secret deal with American Drug Manufactures screwing the public.
7. Obama paided off Unions for votes, giving Billions of dollars to them for getting him elected.
8. Obama Paid Accorn nearly $5 million dollars for votes, the largest voter fraud ever in an election with dead people voting.
9. Obama has lied more than any President on record, in any Country, even Stalin did not lie as much as Obama to the people.
10. Obama spent nearly a $ Trillion dollars in stimulous that went to Democrats who would support his agenda, the money is wasted.
11. Obama has brought America to it's knee's with out of control spending, America is now just like Greece.
12. Obama has spent $1.7 million dollars to keep his birth records and school records secret, his Hawaii birth certificate is certified a FAKE.
13. Obama is using a social security number that belongs to a dead man, three independent investigators have certified this fact.
14. Obama is allowing illegal aliens to stay in America taking million of jobs from U.S. works and lowering wages for all.
15. Obama allows sanctuary city's to protect illegal aliens which is against the law.

- Here is ANOTHER example of the ignorance some people have. As I have stated several times in the past, ideology is a debate that has no end so in order to decide who is right or wrong, it's better just to stick with the FACTS.
Some of you are touting this great financial reform and how it helps all of us. In this case ignorance is bliss cause many of the same things that caused the financial meltdown by Wall Street were granted by Obama. Read and learn:
As negotiations over financial reform legislation proceeded in Congress, a major point of contention emerged ? the so-called Volcker rule, the New Yorker magazine reports in a feature story by writer John Cassidy.
Named for former Federal Reserve Chairman Paul Volcker, now an economics adviser to the Barack Obama administration, the Volcker rule restricted banks from engaging in risky investments like derivatives, private-equity funds, and hedge funds.
But by the time reform legislation was passed, provisions implementing the Volcker rule had been significantly watered down ? thanks in part to the Obama administration?s softening of support.
The Volcker rule barred banks from speculating in the markets ? proprietary trading ? and from operating and investing in high-risk and highly illiquid investments.
Volcker believed the provisions would help restore the legal divide between commercial banks, which issue credit to households and companies, and investment banks, which issue and trade securities. That split had ended with legislation passed in 1999.
