andor3 - you are only telling half the story. True - God DOES love all people - but the bible clearly tells us that not all people love Him. There are people who will refuse him and refuse to obey the laws that he laid out (ie homosexuality, cheating, adultery, etc). Just because a parent loves a child, doesn''t mean there is nothing that child can do wrong. If you believe in God and love him, you will obey his commandments. You just can''t pick and choose and say - its ok, God will love me anyway. God loves all, but will only accept those who earnestly repent of sin. Your first step is recognizing what is sin and what isn''t.
