- "Of the dozens of times I''''ve asked this question, no one ever answers it, so, SearingTruth and FeelFree1, here it is again, have another go....
Quote for us, by title, sections, and code, what law or laws has the President broken exactly?
Don''t quote for me lines from the Constitution, SearingTruth, like you always do. Show me indisputable evidence IN LAW of what laws have been broken."
Ummm ...
The Constitution is the law.
The ultimate law of our land.
So, per your request, I won''t quote it for you again.
The indefinite detention of extra judicially abducted American and foreign citizens in secret prisons without charge or representation where they are subject to institutionalized torture and murder is not only illegal, it is abhorrent, disgusting, and disgraceful to the nature and soul of any American.

Re: "Saudi Arabia beheaded 137 people last year, up sharply from the 38 in 2006."
Up "sharply". Nice phrasing.
Does any country chop more heads off, per year, than the Saudis?
Doubtful. And yet the Bush regime appeasers froth and writhe about their near certain fear of their head being cut off, if we do not kill/torture all of the Muslims.
Well, behold! We see that the Saudis, easily among the top of world-wide head-chopping organizations, can only manage a lousy 137 heads last year. As such, being hit by lightening appears to be a far more realistic threat than the head-choppers.
So whst sbout it, regime-worshipping pants-fillers?
On one hand, we have the Saudis- a proper Kingdom- with a mere 137 heads for the year.
On the other hand, we have the Bush regime, illegitimate in many ways, with a death-toll in the tens of thousands, over the same year-long period, and a worse record of widespread misery, by almost any measure, than Saddam Husein.
Which regime poses the greatest threat to the people of the United States, and to the rest of the world?- Reply to this comment

- Here''s REAL Justice - What would be done to Bush and Cheney for Killing 4000 American Troops in an ILLEGAL War?
RIYADH, Saudi Arabia (AP) -- Saudi authorities on Saturday beheaded an Indonesian maid convicted of killing her employer, the Interior Ministry announced.
In a statement carried by the official Saudi Press Agency, the ministry said the maid used a pillow to suffocate her employer Aisha Al Makhaled and then stole her jewelry in the southern province of Asir.
Saudi Arabia follows a strict interpretation of Islam under which those convicted of murder, drug trafficking, rape and armed robbery are executed in public with a sword.
The maid is the second person to be executed this year in the desert kingdom, according to an Associated Press count.

- Besides being a liar and a coward Bush is the biggest war monger there is.
In any other country, he would long be gone and the biggest mistake was for Pelosi to take Impeachment off the table.
Pelosi and Reid, 2 politician the country waited for and were bitterly disappointed. - Reply to this comment
- J, your myopic view of Bush and the Sheik greeting each other is starting to get strange....... too much time in the torpedo room?????

- didnt_inhale,,, You should be concerned about the ********* press
.. Better yet, be concerned more about Bush French kissing the Sheik & them running off to the bathroom together to make out in private. - Reply to this comment
- George Bush is a coward and a liar who seeks money and flattery and who ignores the real crises in the world, such as the Congo. He is EVIL.

But but betz55-- everything Bush says and does has a way of turning around to his advantage--right now its Iran--whoda thunk it?
His plan was to invade Iraq-foolishly thinking it would be easier to get to Iran. Unfortunately Iraq turned out to bite him in the butt. Both wars we are still involved in have not accomplished what the American people were led to believe--that we were going to get the people responsible for 911.
He wants Iran so bad, he''s probably soiling himself.
But America can''t afford anymore of the Bush/Cheney wars for oil! - Reply to this comment
- Oh, this article is just to rich not to comment. Let''s start with some choice quotes shall we? First: "Iran is threatening the security of the world"-translation-after just coming from Israel this is surely Israel rhetoric. How is Iran "threatening" the US? Second:"Iran funds terrorist extremists, undermines stability in Lebanon, sends arms to the hardline Taliban regime, intimidates its neighbors with alarming rhetoric and defies the United Nations by refusing to be open about its nuclear program."-translation-Iran is the ONLY country that does these things? Surely not the US and ISRAEL? right? Third:"Iran is the world''s leading state sponsor of terror".-oh this one is rich. Didn''t we here this about Iraq? As if you can pinpoint "terror". No mention of Bin Laden in there. Again rhetoric from Israel. In fact the entire article and entire speech smack of proxy rhetoric and dogma about and for Israel. I hope those listening to it were thinking "when do we eat" and "god, I have to go the bathroom" and "this speech is making me sick and I think I am going to vomit right here". What a total load of ***. How can anyone, anywhere believe this a**hole whose time has definetly come.

- For Bush to even mention, let alone promote his propagandistic "Freedom Agenda" or ''Democracy Agenda'', would be like Hitler and Goebbels promoting a ''freedom agenda'' and pointing to ''Vichy France'' as a sterling example of what the Nazi Empire has been able to achieve.
Bush and Cheney have done more to forward the interests of the global corporatist Empire hiding behind this facade of ''Vichy America'' than any regime in history. - Reply to this comment
- Hilarious! Theses news outlets are clones of what we in the US put up with every day. What a hoot!

No doubt the greatest as well. That''''s why I''''m circulating a petition to have his likeness carved into Mt. Rushmore. Since there''''s not enough space we will have to build up a man made mountain. Estimated cost is about $120 billion for the whole no-bid contract.

That''s great. Maybe we should all move to Iraq to see our tax dollars at work. The news this year will be about the Bush recession. Eventually, someone has to PAY for Iraq (and the rest of the Bush stupidity), even YOU, 302. - Reply to this comment

- Everyone posting has a right to think what they want about Bush or any other public offical. But I believe the point of the segment, unless I missed something, was to reveal the many different ways an event is reported depending on the views of the one doing the reporting. In a nut shell, that''''s media bias.

This is true, especially when we were being told Iraq had weapons of mass destruction, then we were there as "uniters"--some believe what they are told, thats it! They have no interest in following up on their own-to find the "real story".
I agree, some topics are the writers opinion and we either agree or disagree--that is what is wonderful about this country--we can disagree and most of us see that freedom among others at risk of being taken away--and the Bush lies (proven) are responsible for this.
