Er, no.

As usual, Stein defends the undefendable.

The sequence of actions that signals or solicits a desire for homosexual *** from a stranger in a mens room is elaborate and highly specific.

There is no room for accident or misunderstanding, by design; who want''s to come face to face with someone in that context only to learn that they don''t want what you want? Violence happens that way all the time. The process has built in error checking.

The police were there for weeks prior, and nailed numerous other publicly lewd individuals. One of them happened to be Mr. Craig.

END. OF. STORY.

All else is spin.

I want to take a poll to find out how many people (men or women) would pick toilet paper up off the floor in a pubic restroom (assuming this is not your job).

-There seems to be something that has not been overserved or chosen not to hear....The Senator''s wedding band?? Think about it? What side?? What hand?? Paying attention??? I don''t know about you but, I wouldn''t bother reaching from a seated position from a toilet with the furthest hand no matter what I was doing! Would you?? The interrogation officers answer leaves a lot to be desired!

There are so many discrepancies in the interrogation, not to mention the many people who have now taken on their agenda''s! And... how would you think if these discrepancies pertained to you for something else?? Better get a grip on it, because OUR RIGHTS AS A PEOPLE are in jeopardy and
going down that same toilet! Wake UP!!

I think Ben Stein must shut up on this issue.
Mr. Craig is a symbol of shame for GOP. He acted in a very unprofessional and inappropriate way and cannot be defended in any way. For god sake, these people are supposed to be somehow gaurdians of morality and law at least in public places.
Meanwhile, I appreciate very much the work of the police force.

Mike Tyson, Marian Berry, Martha Stwewart and Bill Clinton. Are you Kidding me? These are the people you''re citing in your crazy argument? You''re right. Everyone ganged up on these folks. Someone surreptitiously stuck a crack pipe in the mouth of, made an insider deal for, possesed cocaine for, or commited purjury on behalf of, these otherwise good people. Please, don''t try to insult us with this brand of lunacy.

I agree thoroughly with Ben! But, you have to remember that, now, the police are just starting to treat "well known" individuals the same way they''''ve treated more often than not, not so well known individuals!

Stein is right, police are out of control, unregulated not a well regulated militia.
But where was BEN STEIN, when they lynched the
best president america ever had for 8 yrs.
Where was he when they placed a pervert on
the supreme court (THOMAS).
Made no attempt to prosecute O. J. SIMPSON,
but every attempt to persecute! They did not know
how to prosecute, it was revealed they had never done it before, persecution was all they ever practiced so they began planting gloves, and blood
had special units setup for this.
MIKE TYSON, KOBE BRYANT, MICHEAL JACKSON,
MARV ALBERT, MARION BERRY, MARTHA STEWART, BILL CLINTON O J is just a few of the endless list of
people unjustly nad illeagaly persecuted here.
They are knocking down doors destroying homes
traumitizing children an babies, hand cuffing
littles girls, jailing women in labor (murder 1 & attempted murder) murdering centurians in there
homes.
Now we hear from Ben Stein.
Any one whom has ever experienced a freak in
the toilet or movie theater knows, that''s the way they do it ever so subtle.
But Ben Stein being ever so UGLY"?""
