since the family is going to say "what a good boy he was" ... are they going to sue the car mfg because it doesn't drift well when the driver is drunk? Or how about the makers of the block wall for stopping the car? should have bounced? gene pool just got some clorine ... removes the bad color.
There designs in the works that passively detect alcohol on the driver and prevent the car from operating, sounds like a good idea to me. I know its the drivers fault, but there are always going to be a group of irresponsible drivers on our roads.
