There are so many verses about this subject but for brevity sake I only wrote on for you. I hope this helps. 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 says, "Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God."
@rrsjimenez, Even people who study the Bible do not agree. Theologians go over every passage and use the context of the time to determine the real meaning behind the passages. Yes it teaches morals but it also teaches the needs of people at that time. Times have changed. We have been fruitful and multiplied. People no longer need large families to survive. Many passages are meant to be taken as a whole, not picked apart. Do some research on the whole passage and place it in historical context. It will take on a different meaning once you take an educated look. I see so many people pick and choose phrases that support their narrow view but no real thought put into what was going on throughout the entire passage.
How exactly does saying you don't agree with something add up to hate? It shouldn't be a surprise that homosexuality is a sin, it's documented in the bible as being a sin. The Tanakh or Old Testamant is thousands of years old. The bible is not customizable. Our laws are not customizable based on wants and desires. You can change the ingredients in a recipe, but a stromboli is not a pepperoni pizza. In the beginning it was Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve.

Those of you that have condemned Kirk's words as hateful or bigoted you are SO wrong. I am sorry to point out that your condemnation of Kirk makes you guilty of exactly what you accuse Kirk of "a hateful narrow bigoted view. Your words are hurtful and spiteful.
Think about it.
