This is not a tale promoting questions about which party is less competent or more corrupt. It is a story of a government totally out of control as agencies operate autonomously and usually without the consent or knowledge of each other. It represents one more evidence of a government collapsing inward upon itself under the weight of special interests and a lack of accountability. As powers were augmented by the Homeland Security Act, each agency involved was able to operate under the obscurity of national security and consequences of such acts became secondary factors. The chasm between the government and the people it once served can now be measured in light years. No longer is it a government for and by the people but has become one that operates in spite of its people.

This is Obama's own Iran-Contra and Watergate in one.
Let's hope he experiences the same fate as Richard Nixon in the next 14 months left of his failed and crooked presidency.
Good job Sharyl Attkisson.
Keep connecting the dots until the last one is right between Obama's eyes.

This is pretty devastating stuff. Potentially grounds for impeachment. The question is, will CBS do it's job and aggressively pursue this story?

Thanks to Sharyl Attkisson and CBS for bringing this all to light and for keeping it in the public eye. How the rest of the main stream media can soft peddle, excuse or ignore this most shameful chapter in Federal law enforcement history is beyond comprehension. If anyone ever doubted media bias this is about as "in your face" as anything could ever be.
The only response from the left is "oh yeah, well what about Bush?"
There is no excusing Bush's lies about WMDs and the two insane wars he started, but that was then, this is now and those wars are still ongoing just as people are still being killed with weapons provided by fast & furious.
