- Here is an article by an attorney well versed in US federal and international law. Read what he has to say about how the operation violated laws.

- gangstalook: Holder had to approve the operation! And, in that the operation involved international laws and repercussion, Obama had to be apprised.

- ATF - Government gun scandal. Every agent in the gun for criminals program should be fired and prosecuted. Each agent approached with this idiotic idea had an opportunity to say "this is stupid", "I will not participate". They chose their side and it went bad, now they should pay the price, along with the US Atty Gen. Holder. Further the government should be sued by every individual who lost a loved one due to their ill advised, even negligent criminal actions. However, this stupidity should not impact on the constitutional right to own and bear arms by American citizens.

these transfers occur at this time, why?
it looks like an escape, to hide truth about the scandal gunwalking, an investigation that endures

- It seems, in this government we have today, public servants are IMMUNE from prosecution. That has to change.

- Anyone recall the "Iran-Contra" affair. Samey-Samey. Most involved that were indicted were REPUBLICANS.

Angry Dan apparently does not subscribe to the fact that "motivation" does not override the rule of law.
Obviously there has been, so far, a slight admittance to "guilt" being that department heads are starting to roll. - Reply to this comment
- These people are all scape goats for Holder.
Holder MUST be held responsible and fired.
Holder would be fired if he was White and not nominated by Obama.
