- Sure I have proofs. BARRACK OSAMA has bashed Bush for helding his brother Muslims in GITMO. So the supreme court decided to free them all to please BARRACK OSAMA. The only exception will be KHALED SHEIK MOHAMMED who expressed his wish to be receive death penalty and become a martyr, but he will receive a different penalty, he will be kept forever in GITMO watching BRITNEY SPEARS videos, drinking coca-cola,eating hamburger and dancing with MADONA.

- The 5-4 ruling shows the great divide between those in our country who would prefer a King and those who would up-hold the constitution. Conservatives prefer a King.

That''s true. The so-called conservatives of today should really be called monarchists as they hate the American form of democracy and would much rather be ruled over by a king. - Reply to this comment
- A restoration of balance of power?
The Bush Admin. has been all blank checks and balance. - Reply to this comment
- HOW WOULD YOU REACT IF YOU FAMILY MEMBER WAS KILLED ON 9/11? IF YOU WERE PATRIOTIC AMERICAN, JUST LIKE THIS:
Carie Lemak, whose mother Judy was aboard American Airlines Flight 11, understands there is more at stake here than revenge. She said she rejects any mistreatment of detainees that''s occurred and, she says, so would her mother.
"These are not good people, but I''m also very concerned about the system of justice that this country stands for, and want to make sure that we have trials that aren''t perceived as kangaroo courts around the world," Lemak said.
"She would want to see the American system of justice demonstrated around the globe for what it is, which is a beacon of hope - that even though they can treat us terribly, we are going to treat them humanely."
Amen Carie!
Thank you for trying to help some of these idiots understand our countries deep rooted principles are something better than a politicized knee-jerk reaction before an election.
Very sorry about your Mom. - Reply to this comment

We still have some work to do. Two Supreme Court seats are opening up in the next decade. I want to keep conservatives out of them. - Reply to this comment
