CBS is wrong. The Supreme Court did not side with the terrorists. It sided with the Constitution. Posted by Centergrove2

Excellent post. The 4 dissenting justices seem to have forgotten that it is their job to uphold the constitution.

So I think you mean if a regular husband does the right thing at work but because of his wrong character at home it is ok that he abuses his wife and children through immoral hate messages that this does not show up in his job!

The other branches will always push the limits of their power. The Supreme Court can only protect your rights and mine by holding the line on those rights for the most unpopular and detestable people. What the other branches can do to the detestables, those branches will soon do to you and me.

The Supreme Court is the institution that keeps our government from turning into another Nazi Germany or communist Soviet Union. We were on the track in 1973, but the Supreme Court saved us.

''Bush Unhappy With 5-4 Ruling''

Whenever Bush or the right wingers are unhappy or pi$$ed off, it''s a sign that something good has happened and evil has been thwarted.

This country took a very wrong turn 7 years ago. I''m tired of living in the Nazi States of America.
