*******
you probably get a rise about having your genitals touched but as an adult with a life long experience then you can argue that it will not be traumatic..
however, we are dealing with a child..devoid of all this perversion that you might had possessed when you were a child...
yes raping a child..killing a child''s dog in front of them..giving them a bloody beating..IS TRAUMATIC THAT WOULD BE CARRIED OVER TO ADULTHOOD.. - Reply to this comment

You can attempt to trivialize rape all you want to and prose on about the consequences. You can call me hysterical and stupid all you want to. And you certainly have a right to your OPINION, which has no basis in fact.
Rape and force of any kind is a heinous crime. NOBODY has the right to force themselves sexually on another human being. And it should be punishable as to the degree of trauma suffered by the individual. And if it results in homicide, then it is a capital offense and should be punishable as such dependant on the laws of the particular state.
If that act involves an innocent child, then it should automatically be punishable by death for reasons I have already stated below. THAT IS MY OPINION!
There are quite a few people besides myself that believe that rape is more than a misdeamnor that should be punished by a fine and a few days in jail. There are too many sicko''s out there that believe they have the right to point their testoserone at whatever female is in sight. If it is not punishable by the extent of the law then it''s a sorry world we live in.
And I will tell you straight out...that anybody that touches a child of mine in a sexual act better watch their back for the rest of their lives. Because if I get to them they''re toast. - Reply to this comment
- Rapists of anyone should never be allowed back on the streets again, but I don''t really agree with the death penalty for anyone. Prostitutes and pornographers also incite and encourage crimes against innocent women and children by men who might not have done that had they not been so aroused by filth, so I think they should also be held accountable and incarcerated for their role in the destruction of innocent lives. They are nothing but terrorists and should be treated as such, what they are pulling on the rest of us for profit was not *ever* what freedom of speech was about in our Constitution.

Who the hell has ever been sentenced to death for adult rape, unless the victim died?
The case in point here is child rape! Child rape of ANY kind is the product of a sick mind that needs to be DESTROYED because it can''t be cured!
There is no point here, about rape of prostitutes, or the possibility of an adult crying rape after the fact.
This is about child rape! And there is no way you can trivialize THAT! Your conjecture has no point here. - Reply to this comment
- here we are dealing with human lust..take the lust away..CASTRATE THE FU CKER AT THE FIRST OFFENSE hence taking the lust away from the equation..

Childrape and any other rape, has little to do with lust for ***, it has to do with lust for control/power. If the perp didn''t rape, then they would do something even more heinous to satisfy their lust for power. - Reply to this comment

You are still one sick dude! They are talking about the rape of a child here! Those sicko-s should be strung up.
There is NO excuse for rape of any kind! It is an act of force and control! What gives anyone the right to force themselves on another person!
To force yourself on a child who has no clue is rape and should be punishable by death! - Reply to this comment
- I say kill them all I have 0 tolerence for child rapeing gueers.

- Innocent until proven guilty no one will argue with that. This however is not the crux of the comments which are more related to deviant behavior that is "forced" upon another individual be they a child or a adult. A 8 year old child more than likely cannot tell not tell someone that they have been sexually violated however the physical evidence can tell that a child has, just as it can be determined adult cases that are forced. There is rippage, bleeding, tearing etc. and these are just the physical aspect''s of rape.

- "well this conversation has it the gutter, what with all the statements being taken out of context,
and searingtruth,(has to be an oxymoron, cuase he aint speaking the truth) a 5 yr old in that situation, the parent had better be calling the police!"

Ummm ... Those advocating child rape are speaking from the gutter, no matter where they live.
And the specific poster we were discussing was being raped by her father, from the time she was five, so it''s highly unlikely that her parents would call the police.
And copping out because people claim that raping children is evil, and won''t stand for it, is, well, just what I would expect from any child rapist, or advocate of child rape.

- Well, are we really going to take this issue seriously at last... I was raped at 17 on my way home to get dressed to go out to a dance with my boyfriend by someone who said that I had nursed him, and I know the damage that that not only did to me mentally but physically so what damage does it do to a child. I wish that the media would report how a child is torn apart and has to undergo surgery and perhaps to never be able to have children herself.
Up to now it appears that most Judges are themselves sympathetic but what disgusts me is that it is not towards the child but the pedophile animal who caused the child to be ripped open, and whose life is destroyed for ever making one wonder if these Judges are in fact one themselves ??? I know in one areas that there were 6 such Judges... - Reply to this comment
- Exactly,,,and also,,Adults that claim that something happened 30, or 40 years ago, should be considered suspect.
If something happened,,it should''''ve been adressed at that time.

You are assuming that prevailing social attitudes at that time would have permitted it, which is not true in many cases. I personally know adults now that are the product of schoolteacher''s "relations" with students, and at least one from a preacher''s association with a pubescent choir member. At the time such crimes were not only not reported, but in many cases not believed when they were. - Reply to this comment
- My primary point is that genitals are not unique and do not deserve special status in the justice system.

In my post I agreed with you on that point, only positting that our entire bodies must be considered our own private space, and only we should determine who or what we allow into, or onto that space, and that we have a legal redress for violators. I personally make no differentiation as to anatomical parts. - Reply to this comment
